On July 30 2021 I contacted Ocala Roofing for a repair on my metal roof. The office staff was very professional and set up a estimate on August 2 at 11:00 Austin showed up 15 minutes early. Looked at the roof took measurements decided what would be needed and told me I would have the estimate E-Mailed to me by 4:00 without fail. That reassured me because no other roofer showed up even after multiple calls and appointments. I called the office at 4:00 on august 3 (24 hrs after I was assured I would have the estimate , And was tole the E-Mail address was correct and they were working on it and would have it by 12:00 on the August 4. On August 5 I E-Mailed the office and got the following response.

I spoke with Austin.
He said he has some numbers out to
Tri-County Metals, because your metal is a special fabrication.
As soon as he hears back, he will email you a quote.
We can't send you anything without that information.
He will get that quote to you just as quick as he can.

ON August 12 I went to Tri-County Metals and had the numbers in less than 10 minutes from them and found out it is all standard stuff and is not a special fabrication. As of September 20 I am still waiting for the estimate. I understand paperwork and be missplaced bu this is to often. I do not trust Ocala Roofing and would not do business with them now at any time.

You just found the right roofer!!!

Wayne from Ocala roofing was recommended to me by another roofer, who did not want to do my roof, because the house was built in 1955 (meaning it is not a standard job) and I am very picky. At first I was upset to be rejected by the other roofer, but that didn't last long. Ocala Roofing gave me a quote that was $1000 cheaper than everyone else and held my picky hand through the whole process.

Alanna, office staff, is wonderful. No matter how many questions or requests I had, she answered and filled them all without issue. When she didn't know something, she said so, then tracked down the information I needed. She was always patient and kind.

Mike, the job supervisor, was also a joy. Though my contact with him was minimal, he helped me understand my final bill, by explaining everything on it, in enough detail to feel fully informed.

Because of Covid and my out of town status, I have not been able to view my new roof in person. However, my tenants seem happy with the job, a local friend who is a commercial roofer said it looks great, and I am relieved to have had it done well. Thank you Ocala Roofing!
