These guys are on point and on service.

I was in a real bind to get roof repair completed ASAP as I had some bank stuff in process and on a tight deadline . Everyone else basically wouldn't even be willing to consider even just looking at my urgent project for almost a week.

They were super upfront about cost and scope of project. We're in process of getting everything done still but their commitment to meeting the urgent deadline is second no nobody. This will have such a huge impact on our lives, and though it maybe only a few thousand for them they made it a priority to service us as best as they could. There actions were since the beginning to help us and caring for your customers is the most important thing you can do.

It is far easier to keep a customer then to make a new one. We'll definitely be back on some bigger projects we'll be doing in the near future.

Stay Dry Roofing sent out Jose to check my garage for couple of leaks. I appreciated his honesty, he said the leak could be fixed very easy by anyone that could get on the roof and apply some caulking around the heater vent. Very thankful for Jose.

I called all around town yesterday, and left messages on ""similar businesses "" on yelp for the leaking roof problem I had. From the Yelp"" message, I was so happy to get a call from Javier, from ""Stay Dry"". We set an appointment, and thought that was that...my leak was particularly in dire needs of some kind of attention, so I called him 5am, cuz I couldn't sleep,,,I wanted to see if he could squeeze me in ASAP!!! He answered my request and got to my house just after his first appointment. Thank you!!!!!!!! It was a matter of just 5 hours to absolutely know what I was dealing with...thank you sooooo very much!

I'm giving five stars for their quick response. I sent a message through Yelp early morning and later that day they were able to come out for our leaky roof. It was the day before Christmas and it was just raining for days so I understood they were very busy. I paid more than I expected but he explained honestly because of their busy schedule and the holiday it was a higher charge. So at least I appreciated the openness in the pricing and I was still thankful they came so quickly as there more rain in the upcoming forecast. They took before and after pics to show me the work that was done. I thought that was helpful.

The adage "" When it rains, it pours"" seems very appropriate these past few days both literally and figuratively in my life, but coming across people and businesses like Javier makes a big difference. Javier responded very promptly, showed at my door in less than an hour, very receptive to my financial dilemma, accommodating and he just have that calm and honest demeanor. This review is for my inspection prior to closing escrow on my new home. Javier is the owner of OC stay dry roofing. He was on time for the appointment. Javier knows his roofs. I can tell he cares for his customers an in my case potential customers. He was extremely informative. We walked the entire perimeter he pointed out all causes of concern then he hopped on the latter an got a closer look. He tells it how it is so your not left saying ""damn I should of asked about this an that"". Not with Javier a true professional who loves his craft. He will answer all your questions an make sure you understand any issues or potential concerns. I can't wait to work with him an see the home come together with a brand new roof. I will post another review on the new roof. :)

Last year we started an addition to our home. I hired what I thought was a general contractor but he was unlicensed and far from a professional. The project got stopped by the building department of Fullerton and I was told that I would have to get LICENSED workers to come out and get my building to code. I called quite a few contractors and no one wanted to get get involved. Not knowing much about construction I was struggling. I tried to call individual contractors and manage the project ,myself but I was in over my head. I called Javier and he was god sent. He explained to me what was not to code and what he could do as a licensed roofer, deck specialist and landscaper. He also referred me to an awesome framer and drywall guy. Javier had a good relationship with city an was able to get the work that was done up to code and finished the job for me flawlessly. This guy seriously saved me.I will never make the mistake of not doing my research and trying to cut corners.
