Came out on short notice to fix leak issue. They had someone come out the day I called for a quote and they worked the day before Christmas and completed the work fast! I strongly recommend them.

I called this roofing company no answer I left a message , the following day I receive a return phone call and they sent someone out and they declined to inspect the roof because they didn't have home inspection report before they came out to inspect the roof . So I told the roofer it didn't matter , let me know the cost of replacing all broken roof tiles . They still would not inspect the roof and they told me they would call me back to reschedule an appointment. No one ever called me back , it was a waste of my time and sellers time.

I never ever mentioned that I was the owner , I am their real estate agent . In fact when you went to the property , you met directly with the owners (not me) .
If your were too heavy (as you mentioned) and you think you would break more roof tiles, why did you come to the property knowing that you could not inspect the roof because of your weight, you should of brought someone else ? I told you 2 story house with tile roof, when I made the appointment , I told you there are several tiles broken at that point you should of sent someone else that day.

I will have to give you credit, you did show up on time according to sellers but lacked the follow up appointment.

I never received a return phone call, email, or voicemail to setup another appt.

I used Stay Dry Roofing for an emergency repair on my roof. They we're not the first company I called, but the one I chose. I was very happy with their work, timing, professionalism, and pricing. I know nothing about roofs, but the owner explained what repairs needed to be done. I was then comfortable with them to proceed with the work, and very happy with the results. I would use them again if needed, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work.

These guys were great! I had a difficult time finding someone to repair my roof because so many companies are socked in with El Nino preparation projects. I kept being told they couldn't get to me for three or four months. Even though Stay Dry was a little farther afield than I typically look, I called them anyway. They told me they had a cancellation the next day and could get right on the job. And they did--at considerably less than an earlier estimate I received. I couldn't be happier.

I received a flyer for this roofing company on my doorstep i didnt think anything of it... Till my sister called me and said there was a leak in her roof and her belongings were being damaged due to the rainy season. So i called the number and talked to a super nice girl she was very informational she was able to give me an appointment with the actual Business owner promptly. he came directly to me it was no hassle at all i enjoyed meeting and discussing the sitution at hand, overall the gentlemen was very knowledgeable and worked out whatever issues with our roof problem forth coming may i add the price range was just up my low budget alley ... If you live in the oc and have a roofing repair need i highly recommend stay dry roofing for decent prices, kind, prompt service.
