I honestly cannot say enough good things about Scott and OC Roofing. First, I had a leak during the heavy rains that of course flooded our two young kids bedrooms. I called Scott and he sent out someone immediately, on a Sunday, to come patch the leak.

We were so thankful and happy that we proceeded to get our roof and fascia boards replaced using Scott and his team. They worked VERY hard, and had the job completed in about a week. They cleaned up every single day and even worked around a baby's sleep schedule on a couple instances.

And best off, they did a great job. So yeah, Scott runs an A+ business and I plan to refer him (and anyone reading this) to use this company with the upmost confidence.

I had some water leak into the ceiling from my roof after all the heavy rains. I gave Scott a call and could not be more impressed. Not only does he know what he's doing but he genuinely cares about your issue. He was booked out but was able to squeeze me in.

It's not surprising that owner Scott has consistent 5-star ratings! He's amazing. I called OC Custom exactly because of that after reading all the reviews. He's a former Veteran, which only added to my impression. They were trained to have high-level skills, such as integrity, honesty, reliability and capability, due to knowledge and experience.

I'm buying a house and there were a couple of roof issues that concerned me greatly. I thought I might have to have a new or partial roof installed or be faced with a massive leak when a big rain comes - and it WILL come again; it's only a matter of time. He was terrific on the phone, we made an appt. and he was right on time. He looked at my ""issue"" from photos I showed him from the gen'l inspector and quickly analyzed that it's current condition was fine and no work needed to be done. I was at his mercy and he could have said anything. But, he didn't - he was very honest. Being a sgl. senior I was greatly relieved. He even said ""not to worry"" and if anything major were to happen, I should call him as he doesn't live *that* far away. WHO DOES THAT?????? Only the finest of contractors, that's who. If you're considering Scott for a new roof, call him. And know that you'll be getting the best ... I was just sooooo impressed!

I own a number of properties and over the years have used many roofers. OC Custom Roofing ""Scott"" has been the best I have run into. He is on it! His pricing was fair, he was very knowledgeable and professional and went out of his way to get my roof issues handled. I will definitely recommend Scott to anyone that asks and will use him as my roofer in the future, although to be honest I hope I don't have any roof issues on any of my properties in the future!!!

I can't say enough about Scott, the owner, we needed a new flat roof, and he Spent awhile on the phone with me to ask questions and accessed from a google search of our roof his first observations, and then was out as soon as he was back from a business trip, to fully access in person. He gave us a new idea regarding a TPO roof instead of the same tar roof we had always gone with. He was very knowledgeable, and pointed out the pluses. Perfect choice.
His 3 men that put the actual roof on, were Al and his guys. They were so nice and professional, and cleaned up every day. That meant a lot to me, they cared about their work. Don't hesitate going with Scott and his company, Top notch!

I had Scott repair a leak in our garage a year ago. The same leak came back recently. I contacted Scott and he had a crew stop out and said it wasn't the roof it was our balcony. They sealed the balcony at no charge which we appreciated. We agreed that if it leaked again he would come out to fix the roof after the rain stopped. I was also told by the crew that Scott would call me to discuss etc. Days went by and no call. I attempted to call and text him on his work line and his cell phone which I had from before. I even contacted the crew who came out to relay a message to him and nothing no reply no call back nothing! We felt like he didn't want to honor that he would fix the leak. Finally we received a call back about a week and a half later from Scott. He was very apologetic saying something about not getting messages due to a technical issue....hmmmm ok I guess.
Round 2. So the roof leaked again just like I thought it would. I text Scott on his cell phone to let him know and received an almost immediate reply which I was pleasantly surprised to receive. We agreed to schedule a time after the rain stopped and he stated he would get it taken care of ""ASAP!"" I waited until after the rain stopped and called and text Scott a few times and guess what.....no reply yet again! So now we are left with playing this game of trying to get back in touch to get our roof fixed ""ASAP"" like Scott promised.
So please believe the reviews you've read about being completely ignored and blown off.

Scott and team replaced our old roof and we are very happy with the results. Went as expected and Scott was responsive to my questions that arose during the project. I was home all day due to current COVID-19 situation so had plenty of time to watch and ask questions. A concern about a dirty attic due to the demo work was quickly dispelled by Scott having some of his team go through the attic and clean up anything they could find. Overall job was professional and very clean after each day. Would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a roof replacement.
