Obie is Unprofessional, very rude guy. Waiting for him to fix our roof gave us schedule but he never showed. My Husband called him to re-schedule our appointment he gave us another schedule he never showed again so my Husband called him back again but instead of being polite to his customer he gave my Husband attitude. My husband just saying that his worried because the rain is coming and Obie said that's not my problem. We are waiting for 2 weeks to fixed our roof if I know it this guy is not keeping his schedule I rather get somebody.

I've used Obie's roofing 4 different times. He's always done a great job and saved me a lot of money. He showed up on time and ended up charging me about half of what anyone else would of. I will use him again if I need to. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! We have Used Obie's Roofing several times, most recently for a new roof. I called him and he came out right away, he gave us a great deal and was upfront about everything. Very kind and he explained everything to me through the entire process, gave me a lot of tips for painting and seriously saved us money! We had some major issues I was entirely unaware of on our chimney and he took care of it right away. He and Pat did an amazing transformation and the craftsmanship shows in the details. Obie and his crew recently finished replacing my old asphalt shingle roof with a new, BEAUTIFUL, COOL, Energy Efficient Roof. He gave us a FAIR, competitive price, and didn't try to gauge us as other roof contractors did. He did every step legally by the book: first getting the city permit, and having the inspector come over and sign off the different work stages. Bonded and insured, I didn't have to worry about being liable in case they got injured. He was very down to earth, honest, courteous, hard working and they cleaned up all debris after finishig.
His expertise really showed, as we ended up with a very PROFESSIONALLY, WELL done, modern roof.

Obie repaired our roof 5 years ago and we sprung a leak in a different spot. We didn't hesitate to call him for the new repair. He came and repaired it but it continued to leak. He came back and widened the repair to fix the problem at no additional charge. We will use him again with any other roof problems.

I have used Obie's roofing in the past because of a referral. They did a great job at a fair price back then so I called them again. Obie came right out that same day, knew exactly what my problem was, gave me a great price, and was there the next day to complete the repairs! He also walked my entire roof (I have a big house) and replaced more broken tiles (from my window cleaners) at no additional charge. His pricing is very fair and he's a good guy that cares more about repeat business than profit. 5 star's for Obie!

I had a very positive experience with this roofing company. I used their services a decade ago to replace fascia boards on the second story of my home and today they replaced termite infested fascia boards around my garage and living room. The crew arrived for their appointment, were courteous and completed the wood replacement to my satisfaction. Upon completion we did a walk around to review the work and they also pointed out no sprinkler heads nor plants had been damaged. They painted the fascia boards before installation and their pricing was $500 less than the quotes from the termite companies I had used for inspection. I would use their services again.
