I cannot comment on their work but I wanted to give them 5 stars for their professionalism. It is hard to find a contractor that will be honest with you and communicate. The first time I called them (I needed some shingles replaced), they told me ""no, that is not something we could do"" because the job wasn't big enough. I respected his answer & could understand the reason. The second time I contacted them was by email. I gave them all the info they would need to decide if they wanted the job or not (we have a steep pitched roof & 3 stories). A gentleman they next morning took the time to call me & be honest to say it wasn't a job they do (due to the height & slope). He aslo recommended another roof who he thought may be able to help me!!!!

I also contacted 5 other roofers (gave all of them the same info) & only heard back from one other who made an appt with me and never showed up.

For any future work I need done to my house, Oakhurst Contractors will be my first call b/c they know what they are good at & wont take a job that they cannot do well. I have to respect a contractor who can say no & be honest upfront.
