The O.R. Team was phenomenal from the 1st day he set foot into my home to discuss the vision. I don't think there is a better professional in the business in this area. You won't find someone that wants to make the customer more happy. Quality of the work was above reproach, not one corner cut except the one we asked him to. They were extremely patient with us during the decision making process and also very helpful. Not only was he THE BEST contracting experience we have had he has also become a friend, they were at our house party the other night meeting our neighbors and scooping up new business hopefully!! You will not be disappointed!

After meeting with different contractors we decided to go with O.R Renovations and we are so happy we did! Osman and his wife Sandy were awesome from the beginning. They listened to our ideas and in the end made them a reality. We were very pleased with Osmans entire team from the workers who did the demo to the workers who installed the appliances. They were are very respectful, friendly and very clean workers in the sense that when they were indoors and needed to cover areas of the house to avoid dust they would and made sure to clean up by the end of the day. No tools or heavy equipment were ever left around which I was very happy with because I had three little girls in the house during remodeling and safety was very important to me. Osman was great at communication and very flexible when I made changes to our original plan. Excellent customer service!

If there was ever anything we weren't completely satisfied with Osman was quick to make sure we could come up with a solution. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful kitchen, playroom and bathroom addition. We will definitely miss having this amazing team around but look forward to hiring them again for future home projects!

We contracted with Osman last year to refurbish/upgrade 3 bathrooms in our house. The work included new tile, converting a tub to shower, new paint, electrical work, plumbing changes, moving walls, and installing new mirrors, lights, and a door.
Osman and his team were very easy to work with - not the lowest bidder, but didn't then nickle and dime us for small changes.
Would definitely hire him again.

Osman and his Team removed an old deck and installed a new Trex deck on schedule and budget. Osman truly listens and explains things thoroughly. His Team was on time daily, very professional and responsive to my questions and desires. He coordinated with glass wind-wall installer so that I need not be involved with coordination. I have additional projects that I intend to use O. R. Renovations.

Osman and his talented crew continue to do great work for us.

We contracted with O.R. Renovations to do a bunch of new projects in our condo, including:

-- New countertops, tile, and appliances in our kitchen (wine fridge, built-in microwave with venting, gas stove)
-- Installation of soft-close hinges and repainting our kitchen cabinet doors
-- Installation of soft-close pullout drawer/shelves in pantry
-- Enlarging pantry
-- New vanity, faucets, lights, and mirrors in two upstairs bathrooms
-- New toilet and flooring in guest bathroom
-- Installation of new floating shelves and towel racks
-- Rerouting electrical for new bathroom lights
-- Installation of chandelier in garage over washer/dryer
-- LOTS of sanding, caulking, and painting

As always Osman and his crew did great work for us, on time and on budget.

We have more projects yet to do -- a complete gut reno of the master bathroom and a few other things. We will of course have O.R. Renovations do those when we're ready to go.

Needed a couple bathrooms remodeled, new shower valve in the wall, new tubs and tiling to the ceiling, plumbing restored for toilets and sinks, new faucets installed. It began with fiberglass units removed from the bathrooms and ended in a very clean, well done upgrade with other details thrown in like cleaning up existing sinks, re calking them and countertops saving us on budget! Osman also replaced lighting, a ceiling fan fixed blinds, installed new door knobs / deadbolts, re screened a sliding door and many other details. Osman was easy to work with, was on time and did good work.
