I am a homeowner who likes to know how the sausage is made. Over the years working with over a dozen contractors for furnace replacement, bathroom remodel, concrete/artificial grass install - Oscar is exactly the type of contractor I enjoy working with because he takes the time to teach, and not just sell. For this reason I dont mind spending more money (in general - not regarding his services at all) because I know more about the product I am receiving.

We identified our leaky roof in the last winter rains. Initially, Oscar's team was really fast to come out and put the tarp as well as come back a couple days later and tighten it.

A few months later we called Oscar about getting a quote for the actual repair. Oscar promised a time but didn't show. There was no communication and no response to our message either.

I contacted ODR during the peak of the rain storms because we had a major skylight leak on a clay tile roof. I had technicians on my roof and working on the problem within hours. They were not able to complete the repair and placed a tarp to stop the leak. After the rain stopped, the project was completed quickly. My only complaint is the owner did not provide timely updates to me regarding when his employees would arrive to conduct the work. I needed to call him and then I was given an estimated arrival time. Overall, very good work at a fair price!

Terrible experience. Called them multiple times and every time they promised to send me a quote and provide a date for service. Followed up with text messages, the owner of the business reads the messages but never responds. I wouldn't recommend this business at all.

5 Stars for Oscar and his team!! I called Oscar because we needed help fast. He called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a message and was out to our house on the same day. Also, he was the only company that would come to the house.

We had wasps getting into our attic and we needed to shore up the air vents under the eaves of our roof. He came out to inspect the area and within minutes he helped make a plan.

Oscar sent over a quote within a day and he was out to do the work the day after that. Incredibly thankful for his quick response.

Oscar and his team were very professional and on time.

I would not hesitate to call Oscar again if we needed him for anything to do with out roof.

We found Oscar to be very honest and you can tell he and his crew take their work seriously. His quote was very competitive and he smoothly dealt with an issue that the city inspector had with the way our hot water heater vent was installed. It had nothing to do with the roofers, but Oscar helped me trouble shoot it and resolve it. The roof looks great and I highly recommend him.
