I contacted NY2 enterprise about 2 months ago on a roof repair due to Harvey. Frank Rosales was my agent and said he would do the job although his schedule was pretty busy, which is understandable due to the circumstances.
Fast forward to now past dozens of phone calls, delays and false promises, my roof is currently still not fixed and he would not pick up the phone. This is extremely unprofessional. If he thought he would be too busy to take care of the job, he should have told me to find someone else. Perhaps other agents are more prompt but I am not willing to try this company anymore. Would have given zero star if I could.

Extremely happy with the service and repair job provided by Frank and his company. During Harvey I noticed that one of the bedrooms in my house had a leak so I requested a quote from a few roofing companies. NY2 was very quick and came out to take a look as soon as the roads were safe. They were also able to put me in their schedule for a repair the following day. The roofer who made the repair was very experienced (said he's been doing roofing since '92) and explained the issue very well for me to understand the work to be done. I highly recommend this company.

Called NY2 Enterprises in the middle of Hurricane Harvey when I noticed a roof leak!!! He had his guy out here quick- patched it during the storm and will be back once the rain decreases to repair!!! Unbelievable service during this difficult time!

Mr. Rosales and his crew members are super professional and kept their word on the time of arrival as well as time of completion and kept their estimate within range of my budget. I was hesitant to get a third party involved but I proven wrong by Mr. Rosales. NY2 made everything super easy and convenient, from choosing the type of shingle to explaining and showing me potential preventative issues my roof might have. I highly recommend his services.
