Mr Zico McBean took care of us like family! We made an insurance claim on our roof damaged by hail, and he helped us navigate our claim. Zico got us taken care of in no time! They put up a beautiful new roof and rebuilt our chimney in one day!! We also had all new gutters installed by his crew. They even cleaned up all the mess very efficiently! Zico was great at communicating every step of the process and we would recommend Nuroofing to anyone that needs a roof!

I had some severe hail damage to my roof and reached out to NuRoofing. Zico, the owner, came on site to do his assessment and from there I was able to reach out to my insurance company. They came; confirmed what needed to be done and in a matter of days the work was approved.

NuRoofing did a great job replacing my roof in a couple of days. Zico came back to verify that the work was done properly by his crew. There were a few minor cosmetic thing that I missed but he caught and had one of his team member come to put the finishing touches. It was good seeing an owner making sure that the final product is up to standard. I am very happy with my roof. If you need work done on your roof; I recommend using NuRoofing.

I found myself in a situation where I needed roofing repairs. NuRoofing was recommended to me by a friend. The company sent out a consultant who took the tim to assess my needs, listen to me vent and provided resolution. The consultant once understanding my needs immediately got to work. He helped me reach out to my insurance agent, explained the situation and scheduled the appointment for the insurance adjuster to come out. The day the adjuster arrived the consultant from NuRoofing was present. They both climbed on the roof and worked side by side to determine my needs. The consultant handled the whole process. Less than a week NuRoofing had workers out today my home and took care of my roof. They did an amazing job. For me I am always on the go and to have a trustworthy responsible profession company help me was priceless. Thank you NuRoofing for all your help and professionalism.

I bought a 100 yr old investment home in Dallas. The home needed a full roof replacement and some under shingle boards and rafters to be changed. I took 3 bids, Zico at NuRoofing gave the most competitive bid.
His team did the work promptly, One day for rafters and boards and next day the roof work was complete. He used 30 yr shingles and has performed a good job. This is his second job with me. In the first one, he replaced the roof on my primary home in Frisco, 3 years ago after a hail.

I recommend having him work for on your roof.

DO NOT USE THIS SHYSTER COMPANY!!!

Owner Zico McBeen is a shyster and a fraud. Take note the last two good reviews (the ONLY good reviews) are both dated the same exact date 3/12/2020 which incidentally is the same exact date NuRoofing has decided to post responses to previous bad reviews one of which was posted almost a year and a half ago.

I can not convey enough that this isn't a roofing company, there isn't any staff except Zico and his wife. He's a good talker upfront but everything will be an uphill battle from there. It's almost as if he gets day helpers off a corner to work for the moment. He touts being in business 8 years, then states everyone left him bad reviews because starting a new business I should know how it is, only the complainers leave reviews. He told me the yelp reviews are for a year, I had to point out to him his Yelp reviews were far older than a year.

Further this is directly from the BBB website: In June 2019, BBB opened an investigation into Nu Roofing after several consumer complaints alleged issues with the company's workmanship, warranty and completion of promised work. As part of BBB's investigation, a review of the customer reviews filed were evaluated. BBB found that some of the reviews were made by owner of Nu Roofing along with his spouse. Additionally, BBB found that all but one positive review were posted from the same IP address.

We used NuRoofing after we had a leak in our closet. They came out within 24 hours and did the repair, along with setting up having someone paint the stained ceiling once the repair was fixed. They were professional, fast, and easy to communicate with. We didn't have any further leaks once the repair was completed.

When we moved recently, the inspector commented on the repair and said our roofing company did an excellent job patching it up. We will absolutely use NuRoofing again in the future for any roofing or gutter issues.
