Anthony Haab was the only person who responded with a quote that made any sense to us for some siding repair we had from our neighbors house burning. Wasn't a very big job but he had people out here the next day to get it fixed. Yep. I'll be calling on NuGen again for the next remodeling job at our home. Thanks!

Horrible experience! Will not recommend!
Had tornado damage from a storm that hit us pretty good on our fence, roof and flooring.
Seemed very professional and kept assuring us that everything would be taken care of.
Roof was done well which is the ONLY thing that I can recommend!
Timing was always whenever they could ""squeeze us in"" and we were told that they ""were doing us a favor"" by getting over there when they could.
Fence was requested to be cedar, which is what was approved by the insurance company and was supposed to cover replacement of the entire fence. Was told more than once that cedar would be used, and I made it very clear that we wanted cedar for its all-weather durability. Sure enough, not only was it done in pine, but the people replacing the fence tried to reuse sections rather than completely replacing!
Flooring inside was selected out of 3 choices given to us by the contractor and he suggested the one that we went with.
Not only were we charged for a premium product, but we found that this exact style, color and brand was at Home Depot was on clearance because it had been discontinued, so it was on sale for about 75% off!
Someone made a SWEET profit at our expense!!!
Also of note is that the flooring is already peeling up in one spot.
They also left project waste on our front lawn which wasn't picked up for 3 weeks by sanitation, so it killed our grass!
Lastly, the contractor or roofing team left 2 huge packages of shingles in our driveway which weight probably close to 100 pounds each!
Seemed like they were taking on way more business than they could handle.
Overcharged, overpromised and underdelivered!!!
