I was referred to this company thru a mutual friend. They were always so quick and informative at the beginning but as soon as they got the check the communication was next to NONE. I had competitors & they won me over by saying they TOO would replace my windows in the back & install gutters. ( that competitors were going to as well I just was already comfortable with NTX by the constant communication at the beginning) initially after getting the check they came almost next day to get the roof done & when I asked about my gutters they said "" gutters are a week out , windows are six."" Flash forward to today ( 8 weeks later) I've called not only the owner, but his actual place of business & all I get is either no response or run arounds. Still no gutters OR windows. I wouldn't recommend this company to someone I hated.
