Nightmare Experience! Not worth 1 star.

In April, after the hail storm, I was referred to Adam by a long time friend who is in the insurance business and refers A LOT of her customers to him. The roof was supposed to be done in 1 day but ended up taking 3. The crew had my yard looking like we were throwing a frat party with the amount of trash they had thrown everywhere. They busted one of my upstairs windows and knocked a light off the side of my house. We were leaving for dinner and the crew was still working. As we were leaving they informed us about the broken window but never mentioned the light which we had already seen but didn't saying anything about. We returned from dinner, the light was placed back on the house as if nothing happened but it did not work. Still nothing was ever said to us. We went on our back porch to see if they had cleaned up since we have dogs that could not be let out until the roof was finished and cleaned up. We found that the crew had destroyed our brand new add-on cedar porch. Large chunks of cedar were missing and the rafter boards were split and there were nails coming through the entire porch roof. When we called to let Adam know how mad we were and sent pictures of the damage to the porch and let him know about the light his crew knocked off the house, he assured us he would be there first thing the next morning and he would make it right. Adam didn't bother to show but instead sent someone else that we had never met. He sent a different crew of just 2 people, a man and what appeared to be his son to finish what the first crew did not. Then a day or 2 later sent a 3rd crew the replace the porch roof and cedar rafters the first crew had destroyed. By this time we didn't want to even continue with the projects that were supposed to be done but ultimately decided to let them finish the scope of work. It was June before the work was complete. We disagreed with the scope of work, as we thought Adam was supposed to be having our front door refinished but he didn't ever intend to do that. It wasn't until he began hounding us for the insurance check that we realized he wasn't going to do our door. Ultimately we negotiated the final payment just to be done with Adam and this company.

In August after a large storm, our porch roof was leaking at the joint of the house and the porch. I sent pictures and video to Adam. He told me he takes pride in this company the work and he assured me he would get it fixed. He did send some out and they supposedly fixed the problem. However, on September 3rd after another big storm, my porch was still leaking. I again texted Adam pictures of the leak. He never responded. He never called. Not a word. After a couple days of no response I called him and left him a voicemail because, of course he wasn't going to answer my call. I finally received a text several hours later telling me my roof should be fixed because he sent someone out. No call, no text, no knock on the door when his crew supposedly came to fix the leak. My husband works from home and had no idea anyone came to ""fix"" the leak. We have locks on the gates and German Shepards in the back yard but somehow someone came on my roof and ""fixed"" it without our knowledge.

On September 8th, after more rain, our porch was still leaking. I again sent Adam pictures and advised him I would be having another company come look at my roof and tell me why my porch is still leaking since his company can't seem to figure it out. I never received a response of any kind. I did have a roofing company come and inspect the leak. They quickly found that NTX failed to put any metal flashing or counter flashing at the joint to prevent leaks. This will cost me $1000 to fix. My husband has reached out To Adam by text and phone to discuss this and has yet to receive a response.

I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM NTX. Horrible way to do business and Adam should truly be ashamed of himself.

NTX Construction upgraded me to a new roof and put in an amazing wrap around gutter system to protect my house. They did a great job and cleaned up great! Having new garage doors put on as we speak and I couldn't be happier!

Adam and Shawn were very understanding and accommodating about a particular challenge with my roofing project. They came in for a quick assessment on a Tuesday evening (per my request, so I didn't have to miss work), gave me an awesome quote, and promised to have the roof done on Friday by the time I got back from work (along with several new electric vents I needed installed). When I got back on Friday, the site manager was waiting for me to do a walk around; the new roof looked great. I was advised to watch for leaks, and when I called back a week later to say that there was a bit of water dripping next to a vent, Adam had a guy out to fix it within a few hours (right after it stopped raining). In all, very fast turn around, professional treatment, and most importantly, awesome service.

My home experienced extensive damage to my roof and 150 feet of 8 foot high fencing from high winds and hail that blew through the Lewisville area on Mar 27, 2017. I contacted my insurance agent who put me in touch with this company and immediately they got the ball moving forward. It started with the owner of the company who came out and reviewed the damage. He was there again when the insurance adjuster came out, and was an advocate and an asset on my behalf. His company completed the work on both my roof and fencing on time, that is, when he said it would be done. His work crews were excellent in the sense their work was of the highest quality and they paid attention to the smallest details. Once the work was completed, their clean-up was thorough and they left no debris behind. Through it all, the owner of the company was in frequent contact with me to make sure the work was progressing to my satisfaction which greatly eased the natural worry a home owner has when major repairs are being done to his property. In closing, I could not be happier with the results, and I highly recommend this company to any home owner who is looking for high quality service, products, and workmanship performed in both a professional and a customer-friendly way.
