Rescheduled twice and still didn't show up on time. Changed his mind multiple times about even doing the work went ghost and refused to answer his phone or finish the work he had started. Unprofessional and the work was sloppy.

These guys are terrible liars. They brag their name stands for ""Not To Worry""--yeah well...try to get them to complete a job so far taking 4 months and not finished yet and no hope in sight. The inside of my house was destroyed by them as if Hurricane Harvey himself was there. Everything is disassembled, my bed, by living room, TVs, stereo, entertainment center, etc. I now know what it is like to be raked over the coals, exposed and left to wither. They won't return calls. They make appointments and don't show up. For weeks and months at a time. Terrible workmanship, very unprofessional, bad business to deal with. I hope someone sees this and does not fall into their trap to fix their house. They are out to get as much money from the insurance as possible and put it in their pockets and go on their way.
