Everything was great except for delays getting permits due to Covid-19. The new roof held up very well with the latest wind and rain storms. Levi and Myra were very informative, positive, and patient without being pushy.

Hello. I have decided to go with a different company. Your estimate was substantially higher than all of the other companies, but the real issue was the estimator's attitude. I would suggest not sending him to appointments with female property owners. Mansplaining is not a good way to get sales.

These guys saved us from a roof that leaked severely in three separate locations right before Los Angeles went on Coronavirus lockdown. If not for their efforts, parts of our roof probably would have collapsed in the torrential rains in February & March 2020.

Of the three (top rated) contractors we interviewed, NRG upgrade had (by far) the best service. They provided a roof replacement quote at a good price promptly after the initial inspection which contained comprehensive details on the process, materials, warranty and permits involved -- which is more than we can say for the two other contractors.

NRG upgrade started the project quickly and finished work within a week. Asaf and Mariana kept us informed on progress on a regular basis and responded quickly to any questions we had. The finished roof replacement has withstood the test of at several heavy rain storms that started only a few days after the job was complete.

I cant say enough about the job Alon did for me in getting me my new roof. NRG arranged for financing, had a great crew show up and had a new roof on my house in less than a week. Turns out I had a really old roof with all wood shake underlayment and no plywood decking on any of the existing roof. It was substantially more labor and materials and NRG really worked with me to get my project completed on time and they did a fabulous job. It must have been over 100 degrees the whole week and these guys showed up and were up on that roof all day till the project was complete. Their customer service was what really impressed. I would recommend them and especially Alon to anyone looking for a new roof.

The work speaks for itself. NRG pulled off what seemed to be impossible. The determination with these guys was remarkable. From the sales team to the inspection these guys were on top of it. Skylight's are not easy business but NRG made it easy for me. In addition the friendly approachable staff was always there to help with questions during the job. Estimate was spot on.
