I was referred to NRG Roofing by LA Solar Group, solar company who instilled my solar and I have to tell you that I've been experiencing one of the most worse customer service experience so far with the owner of NRG(Marco). LA Solar Group damaged my roof while installing the solar panels and after couple of months of back and forth with the solar company(LA Solar Group) they accepted the fact that it was their error that the roof was damaged and it was leaking water. So they referred me to even worse company to deal with. Since NRG Roofing(Marco) came and looked at my roof and confirmed that the water leak was a Solar panel installation error and recommended that part of the roof needs to be replaced and repaired, I've been trying to get a hold of Marco for almost one month. Called him maybe 20-30 times, can't even leave a voicemail because the his mailbox is full, what kind of business doesn't even check their voice mails? Only the kind that don't care about their customers or clients. Sent him 10-15 text messages and still no response yet. I still didn't get a chance to communicate with NRG Roofing, so I decided to contact LA Solar Group who referred me to NRG Roofing(Marco) to find out when will they start the roof repair. LA Solar Group told me that NRG roofing will be at my house to start the job on Friday, and they never showed up or contacted me on Friday. I contacted LA Solar Group end of the day on Friday and asked what is happening and why no one from NRG roofing didn't show up and I was told that they will be at my house on Monday. Again, Monday no one from NRG roofing showed up or contacted me. I contacted again to LA Solar Group to find out what's going on, and I was told that they couldn't get a hold of Marco and as soon as they have an update they will let me know. Today is Tuesday and the day is almost over, I still didn't hear back either from from Marco(NRG Roofing) or LA Solar Group. They didn't even called me to notify me or give me any update what is their plan or that they won't be coming by. I will highly suggest to stay away from Both NRG Roofing(Marco) and LA Solar Group if you want your work to be done on time or the right way and also if you don't want stress or anxiety through out your project.

I recently had Marco and his team install a brand new roof for my house as well as for the garage. The team was very diligent, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting the job done right. Marco, as the owner, would be the point person who would ensure that the job was done correctly each day. Even when there were times there were slight concerns I had about the install or even when I had roof questions (for an electrical panel install), Marco was not only helpful but would provide his team to help as well. When the team made a mistake, they would automatically investigate, inspect, and fix the issue. The team did come back a few times after the job was completed and inspection finalized to ensure that there were no other issues or concerns. If I had to repair or install another roof, I would recommend Marco and his team. The team was thoughtful in getting the work done and was fairly priced. Thank you very much. My family and I appreciate all the help and support.

Marco and his team did excellent work and were very knowledgable working with our old Spanish tiles. They had great solutions for covering some additional areas of our roof, and they suggested painting our stained tiles as opposed to replacing them which was much more cost effective. When they were doing work they spotted some areas on our flat roof that needed patching around ducts + pipes and completed this work as well. Definitely recommend him - he did a thorough job and we are very happy!

I loved every step of the process.
Marco was professional, responsive, honest and made sure that we were on the same page every step of the way. I shopped around and he beat every other contractors price! He gave me options and saved me a lot of money! What I appreciated was that he got on the roof with his crew and made sure everything was going accordingly. With safety being main priority right now, the crew wore masks and stayed at a reasonable distance. He is now my go to man!!
