I hate that I ever fell for this company. In the beginning they appeared to be legit. Came in professional, started professionally and ended up being the worst and most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Everything that glitters isn't gold and Joel is a disrespectful LIAR! I spent all of my savings remodeling my house only to be bamboozled with half work that we continued to have to beg him to come and complete and/or fix. The biggest issues have been the leaking roof on my patio, the leaking toilet and now the bathroom sink. They never even finished the tile for my backsplash in my kitchen as promised.He claims to offer a warranty where if something goes wrong you call and he will send someone out to correct their mistakes. I can't tell you the countless text and emails I've had to send to beg for them to come to fix issues they caused even then having to wait weeks for him to send his daddy out. When I called for this last issue under warranty and expressed my frustration the hood came out of him and he yelled at me saying a house is like a car and things break furthermore he was with his family and could care less about the water that flooded my living room. I have referred him to multiple friends and family when my construction was underway but regret it because all of them have complained. This is not a business that I would ever recommend to anyone ever again.
