The replacing my roof for my house was a crazy big job based on the numerous repairs required. I am so glad I contacted NRG Pros this job for the following reasons they were professional and answered any questions I had about the project. provided an expedited answer to any inquiries. I also appreciated the timeline they gave me to complete the Roof, I let them know that do to the storm that my house was freezing and they made me a priority and made sure they completed my roof in 2 days I was blown away how hard the guys worked Joe,Eddie, and Ryan these guys are the best team anyone could ask for they are hard working, they made sure they cleaned up at the end of each day, they let me know what was completed each day! We knew that our roof was at least 20+ years old with some dry rot work needed and knew it was a matter time before we would have to replace the roof. I began making calls for estimates and got quotes anywhere from $13,500 to $25,000 from 5 different companies.

We met with Ron the owner and he just seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and not a high pressure salesperson like some of the other companies appeared to be. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to up-sell us on something we didn't need. We felt a kind of trust and liked how he was so personable. Once we decided to go with his company we were scheduled within a week.

Ron had his project manager Eric constantly communicate with us prior and during the process. Ron the owner even gave us his direct number in case we had any concerns or questions during the project which was finished in 4 days.

Prior to the final inspection, we noticed the exhaust vent for the stove was not on the roof and we called Ron to let him know it was missing. Ron called the foreman on a Sunday that came out within a half hour and climbed into the attic to check it out. Apparently, the prior roofers from over 20 years ago never connected the exhaust pipe up to the stove. He called this information into Ron and Ron told him to go ahead a take care of the problem, no extra charge and the foreman was able to take care of it within 30 minutes.

The day the County inspector came out and signed off on the paperwork, Eric came back out to make sure everything was completed, clean and made sure we were happy with the work. The workers did a good job and cleaned up any materials that fell on the ground. They even took our empty boxes we had left over from Christmas that were sitting on our front porch as we hadn't had the time to break the boxes down to put them in the trash.

Several of the neighbors stopped by during the project and took pictures of the company sign and asked us how we liked their work. I would definitely recommend NRG Pros to anyone in the area that needs a quality professional roof with no short cuts and a solid workmanship.

I cannot say enough positive things about NRG Pros! The owner Ron and his staff Eric and Juan, are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They answered all of my questions and concerns regarding roofing materials, warranties, permits, etc. Throughout the entire undertaking, they always made me feel they cared.

So that I could get a better idea of the roofing materials available and how they would look, the office sent me a list of previous projects they had completed in my community. This helped me choose the type and color of shingles I wanted. It also allowed me to see their outstanding work.

And their crew was unbelievably efficient and fast. They were punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. With threatening clouds and impending rain, they never stopped working. They did an outstanding job replacing my roof. It is beautiful, and I love it! I can confidently recommend NRG Pros roofing to anyone! They are great!
