I have 20-25yr old tile roof that needed some repairs and valley cleaning. I have done valley cleaning myself and some repairs in the past but I have always broken some tiles in the process. I knew the rainy season was coming up wanted to have these repairs done so i would avoid any further damage. i started to shop around looking for roofers and got some estimates. Some roofing companies did not even respond to my request but not NRG. NRG contacted me promptly, set a date to come out and look at what need to be done.
The gentleman that came out was Sam. He walked my roof, without breaking any tiles, took pics of what needed to be repaired. After he was done, Sam spoke with me , showed my the pics of the clogged valleys and broken tiles and said he already sent them to NRG. Within a few days, NGR emailed me an estimate of the cost of repairs. NRG cost for repairs was way better than any other estimates I got. I contacted the company so we could set up date and time for repairs.
NGR showed up as they said and Sam went right t work. Sam replaced 60 tiles and cleaned the valleys throughly. Sam did notice in one of the valleys that the underlayment was brittle and torn. Ron, who I believe was one of the owners of the company, called me to discuss about the repair. Ron said since the area was area already exposed he was going to take care of it at no charge. At the end of the job I noticed some other tiles in the back that need to be repaired, no fault of NRG, but from a the solar company that put the wrong size tiles back when they were done installing solar panels. Ron and I spoke and he said it would be taken care of it so the roof would not leak.
I have to say in dealing with NRG , specifically Ron, customer satisfaction was the top priority. Ron went above and beyond to make sure the roof was fixed but more importantly Ron wanted to make sure I was happy. I find today that is a hard thing to find good customer service but Ron gave that and more. It speaks volumes about a company that delivers this type of customer service along with quality work. Easy company to communicate with, up front and honest about things that need to be repaired along with good pricing. Again, I have to stress the great customer service I recieved. I am happy with my choice to use NRG because they delivered on everything. If any one is in doubt about using this company, don't think twice to use them. You will not be disappointed. So bring on the rainy season cause I know my roof will be fine because of NRG. A big thank you to Ron and Sam for their great customer service. Thank You!

We interviewed several roofing companies before choosing NRG. To be fair, all were approximately the same price, but Jesse of NRG impressed us with his professionalism and the time he took to discuss with us exactly what we wanted and what would work best for our house. He did not try to up sell us and was very honest about what would work better for us (even when we were leaning toward a more expensive but less suitable choice).

They scheduled us when they said they would; showed up on time, and finished on schedule; plus they left the house and yard spotless. After several very frustrating encounters with contractors in our area, we were so pleased to find one who knew their craft and were so professional and responsible. I will be recommending NRG to all who need roofing or solar. I can't imagine a better experience.

Because of the reviews, I called NRG because I have a squirrel problem with them getting into my attic through my heavy medal roof. Robert came out
looked at the situation and said, I don't want to sell you a new roof, you don't need a new roof, you have the best one made. What you need is to have what's called exclusion done to seal the openings. NRG does not do that. It was a bit harder to find the company that works on metal, but finally did. So Robert, who is a very pleasant, informative, and ethical person, left saving me lots of money, instead of costing me lots of money. The 5-star reviews are real! I will for sure recommend Robert and NRG-PROS for those looking for the perfect company with the perfect employees, thanks to Robert, I can go on vacation now, instead of paying for a new roof.

Wow! This was the easiest process I have even had to do. I requested a quote and the response was quick! They came the next day to give me my free estimate. I had already had 4 other estimates so when I got this one it was clear that they were one of the best priced for a full roof installation with some additional perks added since I signed up that day. The financing process was easy and the next week they started my roof! Dan, who provided the estimate explained everything step by step as did the project manager and the crew who worked on the roof. They were all friendly, communicative, hard working and priced well and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you NRG Pros!

I just had the very best people provide me with a beautiful new roof on my house! Dan explained the process to me for removal of old shake roof and new roof products available for me to pick out what I wanted. As the work proceeded, Oz, the team leader of the roof installation team was available to answer any questions I had. Oz and his roof team were all amazing, working sooo hard together to get the job done the right way, every day on the job. I am so grateful for all the hard work they did in hot weather with good attitudes. Eric came by daily to check in with the roof team for any issues to be taken care of. Attitude counts, no drama happening, that's what it takes to do a fabulous job and NRG PROs team had it going on at my house!!

I have had many contractors at my house over the last 30 years. NRG Pros just replaced my roof. I've never had a more respectful crew. Not only did they clean up every day but the lead man came to my door at the end of the days to ask if there was any mess in the garage as he wanted to make sure nothing was left....remarkable.

Eric who organized it all was so very timely and responsive from start to finish with notices, answering questions, letting me know every needed detail. One couldn't ask for more attentiveness, cordiality, straightforward information.

If I could give them ten stars, I would. Fantastic work, fantastic people.

I had my entire roof replaced. Robert was my main point of contact. He went above and beyond helping me with my insurance company (insurance company was a nightmare) and provided excellent customer service. Good day people! My neighbor is elderly and her roof was looking so bad, I could almost see daylight through the roof. We have been neighbors for over 25yrs and she is up there in age. She comes to me periodically for advice and help. She brought me a roof estimate and I offered get more. I got to 9 estimates. NRG was not the lowest, but I was impressed by the owners presentation and demeanor. So much so, that I went ahead and replaced my roof at the same time. I probably had 5yrs left on mine, but I figured with inflation and having the cash on hand. Better then, than now. Had I waited, I'd be paying interest on a loan. NRG crew was outstanding in their performance. I felt genuine respect through the whole process! You will too.
