Thank you so much NRG Pros for your prompt response and expertise on fixing our roof after a huge wind and rain storm. Luckily, NRG Pros had time to fit us into their busy schedule and arrived the same day after a call. Eddie did an outstanding roof repair job of reattaching the vent hood and replacing several broken tiles. Also, Ron provided before and after pictures of the project and recommended some additional maintenance work that should be done. NRG Pros is the best in the roofing business and we will definitely be using this company again for all our future roof repairs.

I dealt with Ron, the owner directly. I had them replace my roof and install solar panels. They were honest (more on this later), price competitive, and responsive. In 2021, I had a 32 year old wood shingle roof (about 3000sq) ft that took one whole week to remove because there were so many staples and the wood was so old they continually broke off. The house looked like a war zone. I had them replaced with 50-yr shingles. Ron didn't lie and mentioned that the year thing is a marketing term but should last 30-yrs. He upgraded me to the high reflective style (Corning) at no cost since I planned to get solar panels, even if I didn't go with him for solar. His roofing quote was about 3rd lowest but close to the lower two quotes from family businesses (I got 8 quotes). He even included leaf cover gutter install at no cost I just provide the materials. A week after the roof was replaced the first heavy rain season came without any issues.

In NOV 2022 I shopped for solar panels and got 10 quotes. NEG-PROS gave a no haggle price that was competitive but about middle of the quotes. Ron quoted 360W duo blacks with Enphase microinverters (which is what I wanted compared to my Tesla solar from previous house which had terrible customer service). I just bought the house so was very impressed that they work with credit unions to finance at shockingly low 3% for 12 years! So with the all in one install and service I went with them for solar as well. Unfortunately supply chain issues delayed the panels. By that time the 360W was discontinued and they now had 400W (~8kW system) which was more efficient but more expensive. Ron honored the original quote! As it turn out the solar install is through a partnership with a solar install company but I dealt directly with Ron. My electric bill in 2021 was about $200 during the winter (I'm guessing in the summer it would've been about $350+ with two AC units). My solar financing is $215/month. My summer electric bill was a credit of up to $10 during the summer so far. So I am already net benefiting before the solar is even paid off!!!
A year later I went on to roof to blow off the leaves before the first rain of the season and noticed a small damaged roof shingle (probably from the solar work). I called Ron and he had someone come out the next day to replace the shingle.

We were in need of some roof repair after we found a leak. After calling a dozen other roofers with little or no response. I was able to get in contact with Ron. He was an excellent communicator and did what he said he would do. This was a time when we had multiple storms coming through and we needed help ASAP. He sent a crew over to do a free estimate with multiple options for level of fix. Afterwords his guys tarp and sealed the troubled area for no cost. We scheduled it between storms and he contacted me when he had his first break in the weather. Crew came out and made quick work of the repair. Just a heads up. Roofers are messy. We had an hour of extra clean up around the yard. I would recommend this company to anyone in need.

NRG Pros was brought onto our project replace both a flat and pitched roof on our home that had been irreparably damaged by a negligent solar panel installation contractor. They immediately sensed the urgency of the situation and came to the rescue swiftly with stellar communication and scheduling. They coordinated with the new solar contractor to ensure the job was done right the first time. The roof is beautiful and we can finally sleep at night and cross our fingers for a wet winter! This company is the best of the best!! They are fast to respond, less than 24 hrs. They are efficient and explain everything in detail and have the best prices. The part that I love the most, stress free experience!!! They really took care of my roof fast and efficient. NRG did a great job on our tricky roof (pretty tall and steep with lots of different slopes).

The new roof was in the middle of other work we were doing on the house and we had to coordinate with three other contractors to get everything done, and NRG was super helpful throughout, especially working out scheduling with the others.
When a piece of flashing went missing after a different contractor came through, we called NRG and it was fixed within the week.

Ron (the owner) was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions (and we had a lot of questions!) so we felt reassured through the whole project. The new roof looks great, and it went about as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Would recommend to anyone!
