We were contacted by NR roofing. We never called them. Scheduled an appointment and asked who referred us to NR. The person refused to give that information and was quite haughty and arrogant. Told them to leave. They remained parked in front of our house for over a half hour. Probably were biding time showing that they had given the estimate NOT!

We our very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and attitude.

Thomas and Reuben were both exceptionally professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and, above all, they are the rare folks who actually have passion in what they do. Among the 3 estimates I got from the potential roofing companies in Pleasanton, Thomas was the most thorough in preparing the detailed estimates and explaining what would exactly be done to my roof. He covered every single detail about the work in plain language that you could easily understand (Super important when you pay a series amount of money). I can say that NR Roofing CA is one company that has integrity and sense of serving the community. Highly recommend them.

NR Roofing CA did a n amazing job with our roof (And it wasn't an easy one)! Our condo roof had years of neglect and leaks in multiple places. From the beginning assessment to the completion of the job, we were taken care of by multiple highly qualified individuals (Manger Carlos was awesome!). We were always communicated with from beginning to end. Carlos provided a reasonable quote and answered all of our questions at the start. Once we agreed on the work that needed to be done. We were handed off to the production team that were easy to deal with. As I said Carlos did a great job with coordinating all the materials, supplies, wood, and everything needed for the roof replacement. They worked for hours and no matter how hard they have worked, the property was left clean at the end of the day. I hardly noticed any debris.
After hiring NR Roofing CA I'm happy to say that we now have a roof that looks really good and I feel confident that our roof will last for years to come and confident enough to recommend NR Roofing CA.

Finally got some time off from work and decided to get things better at home. Started from the driveway, then the windows, the pool, and finally the roof. I had a feeling it needs some attention. Got Reuben to inspect the roof. He went over everything and got me a full report. The good news: the roof is in good condition besides some minor service. The not that great news: The gutter system need some work done. Quote made sense to me so I signed and asked for the work to be done ASAP. I wanted to get at least 3 days of vacation.
Next morning Reuben along with Carlos and James started the work. Worked form 8 until 2:30 and worked hard. The amazing part: 0 complaints. I could tell it is not an easy job. But they got it done quickly and efficiently. All is good now, common' winter, we need you in Cali, and I am ready ;)

You could not ask for a more honest, amazing, responsible, and respectable roofing company than NR Roofing CA. From the owner, Reuven, who is a delight, to the office, who are super nice and helpful, to Reuven, the awesome (and funny) manager who seems to work 24/7/365, to the roofers themselves, who are pleasant and the hardest working roofers I've ever seen (And the clean way they operate is something rare!). Even my handyman, who has been over here while they're working, commented on how crazy hard they work. They start early, work till late and do their best to get you back to normal life ASAP. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend NR Roofing CA!

I highly recommend NR Roofing and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great roofing company in San Jose that is reasonably priced (and do not try to add costs after signing), does excellent work (And leave the property clean), provides great photos of their progress, has great friendly customer service and completes the job within the time-frame quoted. If you're looking for a great roofer please contact NR Roofing because they are in high demand and the wait list could be lengthy. So please plan ahead before the rains come. Thank you so much Reuben and team as we can't say enough about how pleased we are with our new roof. Couldn't ask for better contractor to service my roof!

I have one thing to tell you and the thing is to give NR Roofing a call. Do not try to save a buck or two on something you should invest money and have a peace of mind for many years. From what I saw they are not the cheapest option and if you are looking for the cheapest option then maybe anR is not the company for you. But if you are looking for quality and you're looking for customer service and looking for someone who's going to answer all your questions and won't try to cut corners Reuben is the guy for you.
New roof installed by Ruben and the team is the best investment I made And just by watching them working I can tell you all that they are professionals. Five stars, Big thank you, and the recommendation.

They were several local roofers in San Francisco that I had come to take a look at my roof. Reuben (AKA Rob) from NR Roofing CA was the only one to remind me that my roof likely needs to be replaced in 3-5 years as it was just past its midway point. He pointed out to me several ways to tell and was incredibly knowledgeable about roofs in San Francisco. Originally I had him come give an estimate for installing a new gutters system but he said that since I was going to have to replace the roof, it wasn't worth the cost (vs installing complete new gutters system ) given what I was trying to solve for. I really appreciated his Reuben's and judgement. For that I am happy to give NR Roofing CA review for their repair work, and very likely will use them for whenever I need to replace the full set of shingles. In the end, Reuben replaced the gutters system and did a fantastic work. The re roofing will need to wait for better economic days.

Do not settle for less than the best for your home. I insisted on getting the roof done the way I wanted it and although couple told me no or it cant be done, I kept looking. Rob from NR is the one who made my vision come true. Now I got sunlight directly into my kitchen. Thank you Rob.

If I could rate NR Roofing 100 stars, I would. I contacted Rob from NR Roofing CA and he came out for my estimate. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Rob explained things and answered my questions well. Even when I mentioned what the other company mentioned and had to charge extra for he reassured me that that was incorrect and not a problem I had. Being a single parent out here is hard, especially when dealing with things that I cannot do myself, and sometimes it's hard not getting taken advantage of, but this company was amazing! They were right on time with everything as promised, delivery of materials, right on time, and install was a day earlier!! They found so many issues with my roof, but took care of me the whole way through. If I had any questions or concerns I texted Rob. He was great! I know I'm an extreme worrier, but he handled me very nicely and professional! I'd definitely recommend NR Roofing CA. The other roofers were very nice as well, and of course Rob was amazing with any and all questions I had! Thank you so much. Highly recommended in San Jose.
