Thank You Russ for all you do,the care and craftsmanship my home received during my recent roofing project was more than i could ever expect. From complete tear off to final trim, my roof is more sound than when my home was new. No mess or debris was left behind and great care was taken during the process. We left a phone message, Russ returned our call with a message, we called back confirm we will be available the day he was available to come check out our roof leak, we left two add'l messages and all for nothing as we never heard another word from him. Sad to say as he was referred to us by our contractor. So, even though our roof still leaks we will never do business with someone who doesn't even have the courtesy to return a call.

Russ came out and gave us an estimate to fix our roof problem. He took pictures to show us what the problem was and gave us two options on fixing it. At first he said he was fully booked for a couple of months, but he called a few days later with a cancellation and repaired our roof immediately. His price was reasonable. He showed us progress pictures during the work and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. We would definitely use them again.

We tried to schedule a roof inspection for a leak we discovered during a rainstorm. Although they were not able to come out that day due to prior projects, I am giving them a positive rating for at least returning our call and letting us know that they were not able to. We really appreciated knowing that so we could move forward repairing the leak timely through someone else.

Customer service these days is at an all time low, and Russ has restored my faith in customer service. They were prompt and clean. He is very reasonably priced and would update me daily with a text and pictures of the progress. The pics were great since we are not on the roof to actually see what is going on. Russ is the owner and is one of the dearest humans I have met. His business skills falls under the veteran skills of his Father who too is a roofer. Once he places you in the books you are rock solid.

Russ is old school, He does the job himself! His work is detailed and quality. Russ sent me photo's each day of every step of the roofing process. He stays on schedule and if for some reason he is a second behind it is due to him perfecting areas that need additional TLC.

I was experimenting with a color scheme and was able to choose Eagle Roofing and mix certain color palates. It is one of a kind and stands out from all of the other roofs I have seen.

Russ nurtures his roofs as if they were his very own child. He is territorial when it comes to the care of it and I too am the same way. We are
a Perfect match!

I recently had some challenges with a new breaker panel which involves the ""new roof"" being cut open in a section after the installation. I phoned Russ, he answers my calls and gets back to me right away and is excellent in working in tandem with other contractors.

I told Russ his gets ALL of the stars! There are not enough in the book that match his skills, passion and honesty. His rates are very fair.

I waited almost 2 weeks for him to come to give an estimate, another month for the next slot to start the job. When he showed up, it was worth every second and hour. Russ is also excellent at trying to make things work out for your needs. I think it took was 5-7 days and my roof was done, My husband and I hated to see him go. We wish we had another roof for him to repair :-)

Haste make waste. Schedule ahead of time and Wait for Russ!

Dealing with Russ was the best experience I ever had with a contractor. Russ was prompt; when he said he'd be there, he was there. Russ clearly explained everything that he was doing and why.. They cleaned up each day and never left a mess. He secured the necessary permits and used quality materials. Russ is a man of his word and has a great work ethic. Russ is always concerned about doing quality work and he does not cut corners or overlook details. Russ's price was reasonable. In fact, when you consider the exceptional quality of the work, it was a downright bargain. The job was completed quickly and there were no delays. In short, the new roof looks great and my house has never looked better. If you are looking for an honest roofer with skill and integrity, Russ Novotny is your man.
