We had Russ Novotny and his crew do a full reset of the concrete tiles on our 2,100 sq/ft home in Santa Clarita in early January 2023. Our home is almost 35 years old, and the original 25 year underlayment was shot. Years of debris was built up in the valleys and was blocking the natural flow of rain water. We had leaks, and we also wanted a roof mounted whole house fan installed. Russ and his team were extremely professional and worked diligently around the rainy days during the project. I got several quotes, and Russ' price was very fair. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I knew Russ was the right guy for the job when I hired him. *We received 6 different quotes in total before committing to Novotny. Russ' price was not the most expensive, nor was it the least expensive.
*Thorough measuring and site inspection.
*Cost clearly stated and included pricing for unforeseen damages/unknowns.
*Great communication and quick responses to texts and emails.
*Replaced 197' of primered fascia board and 20' of ship lap.
*Added 3 dormers and repainted all of the existing roof vents.
*Mitered the corners for a clean/sharp look.
*Added new flashing that matched the roof instead of using boring white like every other house.
*Crew cleaned up at end of each work day.
*Russ' attention to detail is appreciated and noticed by our neighbors.
*A few months after our roof was replaced, we began getting quotes for solar panels. Three solar companies asked who installed our roof because they were impressed with the quality and workmanship.
