This company met every expectation! They were always on time, the project manager answered every question, fulfilled every request, and always responded quickly. I loved that they cleaned up their work areas every day before leaving. They also offered financing. We are very satisfied with the quality of the siding repairs/replacement and with the new windows they ordered & installed. Everyone on the crew was efficient, polite, and skilled at their jobs. If you want to get a bid from Novel Remodeling, ask for David. He knows his company and your house!

Fair price! Great quality work. No job to big too big or small for these guys. Would hire again for any work needed in a heartbeat. They did my whole house when I was living in California. If I could bring them to Florida to do my new house I would. Their crew was pleasant, polite, and had fun doing what they do. Gotta love folks that can do hard work with a smile on their face. My wife and I moved To our house three years ago. Having the landscape Has been part of the plan every year, but we either have no time, no directions,I'll leave it to the right company To go with , until we found Novo remodeling company , We could not be happier With way everything went with David and his team, David is the owner, David is a great guy to work with, he is Quick to respond, creative and knowledgeable, he manages his team well To ensure his job done correctly And took into consideratio all our needs/wants the whole project from start to finish took 8 days-quick ! My favorite part beside the end enjoying our beautiful backyard,Was meeting David at nursery to pick up 50 plants! Very good experience! And I'll be hiring him next year to do our front yard . We had a really positive experience with these guys. We had to upgrade our kitchen so we had David start with our cabinets. Loved how detail oriented he was and overall was just very professional and clean the entire time. We also spent a long time deciding on the right paint colors but he was super patient during that as well. Ultimately, we decided to keep all the cabinet boxes but we replaced the doors with a white shaker style. David custom built the ends of the kitchen and the posts which was such an important design element for the overall look of the kitchen. Looks amazing with white quartz counter tops and light grey subway tile backsplash. At some point, I will probably have david work on my bathroom cabinets. Thanks again

Horrible Horrible Horrible
Staff are rude ,aggressive and impolite. Customer service is zero.Gary is unreliable ,most of the time unavailable.Most of the time I got bad news and rude behavior from them.Their plumber only did not slap me.I had 2 small bathroom supposed to finish in 4 weeks but took 4 month.they lied to me a lot.
They over charged me for their lack of knowledge of city code.the day we moved in after 2 month bathroom had no toilet and vanity they break my vanity and Mathew said we don't know how to install vanity and did not accept responsibility and I brought other person to install vanity the same day of moving and paid on my own cost company accept half of that.
After 3 month and receiving a lot of stress I paid them while some part of job not done.Then john showed up and confirmed that job not finished and did some correction.Always threatening to put lean on my house without finishing the job.
I have a lot to say.even one star is too much
You can hire handyman and pay at least half of the wage and get better job
I don't suggest this company on any situation
I'm so glad that didn't give them my kitchen,garage and windows.my feeling after the renovation is a feeling of person who has been assaulted and rubbed.A lot of stress.they were not honest with me at all.
If your money, your family and respect is important for you forget about them

Needed some dramatic changes in my backyard. This is a costly job and I was looking for a reliable group of people in Los Angeles. I didn't want my money to go to waste and it's always tricky finding the right people. The guys at Novel took away my worries and managed things so I didn't have to stress about it. They have been great people to work with and the guys are skilled. I really liked that. Dealing with them for the first few days, I knew I had made a smart investment . I would recommend them for any remodeling job. Their fast response to all my questions and needs makes them my go-to guys for any job. Big thumbs up.

Overly expensive, the sales men used pressure tactic to get you to do the most expensive option. But they excellent work and we're reliable until the end of the last project. Also they were cheap in ways, not wanting to do a little extra that would of made us lot better about them. The one good thing about the company was their customer support person Rusti Blu who was on our side and made the do work that they promised verbally, but not in the contract.

WARNING!!! DO NOT HIRE NOVEL REMODELING!

Somehow Novel Remodeling hacked into my Buildzoom account, got my phone number and pretended to be one of the contractors that they recommended. Please view the photo that I have attached here to see what he did to my carpet. I had lifted up the carpet to show him what was under it. He thought there might have been hardwood underneath and asked for an exacto knife to check. I thought he was going to scrape some of the glue off of the floor, but instead he made this large 6 x 8 inch hole in my carpet. The hole is in a potentially dangerous traffic area, too.

Additionally, he continually insulted me about everything: from my ideas about how I want my kitchen, to my iphone, to the chair he sat in. I asked him for his card. It appears in the photo. As you can see, it only has his last initial, not his last name.

I can only imagine what his company might have done had I hired them!

Never trust a company whose cost estimators neither keeps their appointments nor have the decency to call and explain why they don't plan to show up to the meeting they set up.

Made an appointment for July 23 at 7pm to have a cost estimator come out and give us a quote on remodeling my kitchen. They specially requested not only I was there but that my husband was also present when the estimator came out as it would save them an additional trip if we decided to go with them. I told them it would be tough for my husband to leave work early in order to make it to a 7pm appointment on a weekday but I would make sure he could be there before I confirmed with them the appointment. I did my due diligence and ensured my husband would be home for the appointment and then called this useless company back and confirmed the appointment was on. I clearly respected their time. However, they had no such respect for me. It is now 7:37pm and not only has this estimator not showed up but they haven't even had the decency to call me and explain why. Their front office must close at 7pm as I have called them 3 times and it has gone to voicemail and no one has called me back to explain why the estimator is a no show.

I would never ever use a company who cannot even make a good impression in the initial phase.
