This was our first time using Northwood Roofing, and my husband and I were very impressed. We had damage from the January 2022 wind storm and had to file an insurance claim. Even with the large numbers of people needing roof repairs after the storm, Warren (the owner) was able to call me right away after I put in my Angi request. He sent out his estimator Cullon in a matter of days, and we ended up asking him to estimate a separate project while he was here. The wind damage project involved replacing around 80 clay tiles, and the other project involved replacing rotted wood beams. The estimates arrived by email in just one day, and all I had to do was click a button ""accept estimate"" to get the ball rolling for scheduling. Understandably, we couldn't get onto their schedule until Feb. 21 because they were so busy, but then we were pleasantly surprised when we received a call to tell us they would start work on Feb. 16 instead. All this time I had Cullon's cell number and was able to text back and forth with him with questions; he almost always answered right away.

The 3-person team arrived on Feb. 16 and finished both projects by end of day on Feb. 17. When my husband and I had gone to bed the night of Feb. 16 we noticed some interior wall damage that appeared to have been accidentally done by the roofing team. I called Warren first thing in the morning on Feb. 17 (around 7:15 a.m.) and left him a message; a few hours later Warren texted that he would be out shortly to examine the damage and get it fixed. Warren showed up as stated, inspected the damage, took a chip of paint for color matching, and sent his plaster guy out to us the same day, around 4:45 p.m., to fix and paint the damaged area.

What a positive experience we had with this company! They did quality work and immediately addressed the damage problem. Both Cullon and Warren were very responsive, and the team that worked on our projects were all very friendly. My husband and I really felt like the company cared about us. We have already recommended them to two of our neighbors who also sustained roof damage during the storm, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Warren and his crew did a great job reroofing my 3,000 sq foot barn and also reroofed both of my home's patio covers. They work quickly and the pricing was reasonable. When they are finished with a job they are sure to clean up. I would recommend Northwood Roofing.
