I highly recommend USA Roofing & Gutters to anyone looking for roof and gutter work. The knowledge they shared with me prior to them starting their work meant there were no surprises once they got started. They were quick to schedule my job and got the work done just as quickly. Everyone on the project was kind and respectful. Workers cleaned up daily. I had a roof removed, decking work, and many soffits to be replaced and it took them 2 days. My gutters and gutter guards were installed another day. Overall, my home project took 3 days to complete. I am confident their workmanship is the same as their service.

We had storm damage from a recent storm with high winds. We contacted USA Roofing and Renovations. I scheduled a Representative to come out. Their Representative met our Insurance Adjuster at our house a few days later. We were approved for a new roof because of the damage. They are experienced with the products they offer and we picked out a great shingle for us with high ratings, with the help of the experienced representative. We are completely happy with our new roof. Our home is a corner lot and stands out. The whole process from the time Insurance approved our roof, to the time we had the new one put on was less than 2 weeks. We couldn't have done it without the knowledge of USA Roofing. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a very smooth and easy process. I highly recommend USA Roofing and Renovations.

We had our roof and gutters replaced by USA Roofing. Overall we are pleased with the quality of roof provided by their team. I will say there was challenges along the way but at the end of the day they made them right.

Pros of the job
Quality of information up front and materials used was better than average. They weren't pushy like several of the other contractors I met with prior to selecting USA Roofing. They also worked closely with me during the insurance claim process and made things very smooth on that end. Finally, once they got started, they quickly completed the job and left little to no evidence they were there once they cleaned up the work site.

Cons

Unfortunately they started the job on an afternoon when it rained heavily into the night which caused some water leaks overnight but they were quick to come out first thing the next day to get things dried up and secure. The crew also dropped a hammer through our dining room ceiling during the job but they quickly took ownership of the issue and made the repairs accordingly. Communication at times with the scheduling and completion of the work could have been better is the only other criticism I would have for their mgmt team. I chalk this up to how busy they were at this time as hundreds of homes in the Birmingham area we damaged during this massive hail storm and they had a lot of jobs in flight at the same time.

They worked with my insurance company and decided I needed new gutters and a roof. Within three weeks the shingles were ordered and the work completed. I was amazed at the simplicity of the process.

We have been subjected to a lot of storms in this area of Alabama. I suggest everyone needs to have their roof examined and USA ROOFING is the one I highly recommend.
