My experience with Northern Pacific Roofing was exceptional. Barry, Cole, and the crew were all great. Cole took great effort to work me into their schedule so that I could get a new roof timely enough to get my homeowner's insurance to rescind their notice of non-renewal. My new roof looks great and I now have gutter screens as well. I am more than happy with the work. My insurance company is also pleased and will be renewing my policy after all. The price was reasonable. The experience was a total win all around.

Quality, communication and rectifying or even admitting mistakes left something to be desired. Many mistakes were made and at the price that was paid the quality and professionalism should be more reflective of that.

The requests I made were given lip service but then ignored. If the price had been more reasonable and the quality better I would have rated them much higher. Some of the experience was good but too many issues have soiled the experience I had and at an exorbitant price with half measures of rectification.

Barry, the owner, was professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease with my choices. My roof looks beautiful and upgraded the entire look of my house. Highly recommended.

Barry and his crew did a great job on my investment property. Quick and clean with helpful suggestions for caring long term solutions to this property. The 30 year old tar and gravel roof was replaced with a nice pitched shingled roof that increased the property's curb appeal.

After months of signing a contract and giving this business a deposit, I have not heard from them despite emails and phone calls seeking a possible start date for a new roof. I understand that the skilled people are extremely busy but it is no excuse for a total lack of communication and professionalism. It takes a minute to respond to en email and it can be done in off hours. Save yourself the agony.
