I have never worked with a company that was so professional and conscientious. This was a most satisfying project. All the crew were polite and professional and the work was perfect. The price was a bargain for the quality of materials and installation. Plus it comes with a 15 year manufacturer and installer guaranty on labor in addition to a long warranty on materials.

Patrick was very attentive and addressed my concerns ahead of time. A great communicator. I highly recommend them.

Northern Pacific Roofing is the ""bomb""! They just finished a roofing project at my house which consisted of a shingled and a PVC roof. They were timely, clean, friendly, and efficient. Well, let me start by saying: The work that Northern Pacific Roofing did at my home was absolutely perfect...""To a T""! It took the crew merely 2 days strip the roof down and install the new roofs with ridges and skylights. My house was not a small project either: two stories with skylights, and solar panels (not replaced) which had to be torn off.

Patrick Newbold, the Regional Sales executive presented me with the contract, and guided me through all the options that were available. One of the most important features that NPR has over the other roofers is the excellence of their product - for me besides the absolute ""nice price"" of the entailed work was ""the shingles"". They are of very exceptional high-quality. Check with Patrick on this and you will understand completely I assure you.

The entire crew, Armando, Francisco, Rodrigo and the entire team performed the prep work, demolition and final cleanup with an almost surgical precision and efficiency... No exaggeration! The owner and company CEO Barry Murrin stopped by and evaluated the project, and helped me with the procurement of the solar skylights, which I thought was a nice reassuring hands on approach to be sure.

We met with Mark Demushkin several times as he is extremely thorough in his recommendations. In fact, we were so impressed with Mark that we did not hesitate to sign the contract! Mark listens to his clients and his impeccable follow through is beyond anything I've seen.

NPR is certified with every major manufacturer so you don't have to worry about workmanship. As others have noted, NPR is really impressive!

If you are in the market for a new roof, Mark Demushkin (Project Manager) is the man you want on it. I got 5 detailed quotes from similar providers before I settled on Northern Pacific Roofing. Frankly, they were the highest quote I got, but the level of professionalism and knowledge that Mark brought to the project was invaluable. I actually hired Northern Pacific Roofing because of Mark. There are many elements that go into replacing your roof. When the shingles come off is when you start to find out the real condition of your roof. And having someone who is a veteran in construction, as well as, roofing, really helps you weigh out your options. Also, Mark is super responsive and organized, so your project will go according to plan. But Mark's project management doesn't end when the roof is fully installed. He sees the project and paperwork through to the end. You can tell Mark takes a lot of pride in the work he does and aspires to give his clients the best service and the best roofing job the market has to offer. In addition to Mark, Armando (Foreman) was top notch. Armando and his team were so agile on our roof. They had everything down to a science and there were no hiccups. You could tell the team knew their trade and worked well together like a well-oiled machine. It was a joy to watch the professionals at work. Oh, and they value punctuality. Another sign that you got the right team. Both Mark and Armando left my property infinitely better than when they came. Daily clean-up and materials organization was part of the normal course. They were always looking to see how they could continue to add value to the project. And the recommendations they provided took into consideration cost, value, maintenance, and longevity.

Mark and Armando have my highest recommendation. They exhibited the finest in customer service and professionalism. They truly go above and beyond. Thank you, Mark and Armando!

There comes a time when you just know you found the right estimator / project manager for your job, and that was Mark Demushkin. He was the first person to call me back from Northern Pacific Roofing and we set-up a time where we could both meet and go over my roofing project. From the very first time we met, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He went up on my roof, took some measurements and photos, and explained to me in detail what roofing system he recommended. We then set-up a 2nd appointment, for a later time, so we could go over the roofing samples and estimate that he had created for me. He gave me a very comprehensive bid that was very detailed, which I really liked, compared to the other roofing estimates that I received, which were only a few line items with no detail. He explained line-by-line to me the estimate, as well as what to expect during the construction process. He also explained to me, which I thought was very thoughtful, possible extra charges that may occur during the removal of my old roofing system, which I didn't even think of. Such as rotten or damaged plywood or other possible extras that I could be charged for once the crew could see my entire roof surface free of debris. Overall, his communication and the crew's workmanship were outstanding! Mark really kept me in the loop as the construction process was going on making sure I was 100% happy throughout the whole
process. I would highly recommend Mark as your project manager if you want to be kept in the loop and know exactly what to expect during the whole construction project.

Being one of I am sure hundreds of homeowners trying to get roofs replaced this 'El Nino' winter, I was amazed at how easy it was working with Northern Pacific Roofing. Once Mark Demushkin and I met, reviewed my project, options available and discussed exactly what was being done, it became seamless to me. I live in an HOA and they were already well aware of the stipulations needed, having worked on many homes in the area.

Mark suggested many options that would make my roof last longer and be more efficient in cooling the home (adding venting) which makes me happy. No other companies did this. Even during the times I was on a wait list for competition, Mark constantly kept me in the loop. When I did have a small leak, they came out and repaired it within one day. Even knowing that the whole roof was to be
replaced the very following week.

Armando who was the foreman of the crew, kept me informed of their progress and any issues that came up. Including the fact they discovered I have bats roosting in my chimney. He was a pleasure to deal with as was his crew. They were polite and respectful of my time working at home, my animals and my property. What impressed me was how clean they kept my yard even knowing they would be coming back the next day. I have a lot of plants around my home, none of which were damaged in any way.

I would highly recommend Northern Pacific Roofing. Their estimate was competitive, work was completed on time and communication was outstanding. They helped with some repairs that we hadn't anticipated and made suggestion on others. Mark and Armando are great guys who I would absolutely recommend and would love to work with again. They exhibit Customer Service at its best. Thank you!

Mark Demushkin (Project Manager), Armando (Foreman) are the best! We spoke with several roofing companies but chose Northern Pacific as they were the most responsive, creative, thoughtful folks and were willing to help walk our HOA through the process as we evaluated our repair / replacement options. As many others have mentioned, Mark is incredibly thorough, with great follow-up and follow-through.

Their work was also top notch, delivering on time and budget, with excellent communication throughout the process and ultimately moving up the schedule to squeeze us in before the rainy season arrived. I cannot recommend Mark and Armando enough - they are great people who know their business inside and out, even coming back on a Saturday to help me with a repair issue unrelated to their work! Armando and his team were fun, courteous, talented folks who made us feel 100% comfortable and stayed well beyond sunset to make sure the site was pristine after they completed the job.

Just had our roof replaced and these guys are awesome! We referred from some friends of ours who were equally as happy. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous and totally upfront about all costs. Mark Demushkin was the Project Manager and he made sure I understood every detail of the estimate before I made my decision. He answered every question I had and followed up without pressure to ensure we knew he was there to help. Once we signed the contract, Mark helped to stay within my budget. He did not force anything on the project that was not needed. His crew was outstanding. Our roof was in terrible shape and they had to do alot to fix it but Mark made sure I understood everything they were doing BEFORE they did it so that I would know what additional costs there would be. The crew was prompt and courteous to myself and my family. They were incredibly neat and made sure the area was cleaned up at the end of the day. They took the extra time to make sure the roof was exactly the way we wanted it. They started on a Wednesday morning and by Friday afternoon, I had a beautiful roof! Mark has already followed up to make sure everything is good. Not often do you have companies work on your home and you feel like they are taking the time and effort and care they would take on their own home -- but we sure felt that way with these guys. I have already passed Mark's business card along to friends and family.

These folks just completed a new roof on my 4000 ft.² house. Working with them was a pleasure. Their crews began at 730 sharp and stay till 530; once till 730 when it looked like rain. The roof is beautiful. The work was done on time and on budget.
I have frankly never worked with a construction crew that was so clearly pleased to be working for this company and who had so much fun cleaning up at the end of each day. The bid was reasonable, not cheap but the quality was superb. I will probably not need them again since there is a 50 year warranty on this roof but I would recommend them as highly as possible to anyone who wants a fine, professional job. Honestly, they do not come any better.
