Loved working with this contractor!! I called to get a quote on one of our projects in the area. Patrick came out took some measurements then we talked about the different types of solutions available our old roof. I received my bid the next day and we scheduled the work. Everything turn out on time and on budget!! You can't go wrong choosing these guys to do your roof work.

Northern Pacific Roofing was the best experience I have ever had with a ""contractor"". Not only did they respond right away, they really helped me understand the options available for a new roof, what I was paying for and why I was paying for it. I got 3 estimates and although theirs was not the lowest I felt I would get the most for my money using Northern Pacific. The team on site during the roofing installation was so polite and clean. They picked up and even fixed a couple of things for me. I liked them so much I recommended them to my neighbor down the street who also had the same experience as I did. Thank goodness I went for quality instead of price, the return on investment with the new roof is high. I got my money back because I was able to sell my home for $30m more than I would have without a new roof. I highly recommend Northern Pacific Roofing for all roofing needs.

I love our new roof. We had Patrick do the bid, and his is awesome! He told us which tiles he would recommend and which quality of tiles he would recommend and then he made an extra trip to bring us samples of the tiles so we could make sure they were what we wanted. (by the way he recommended the thinnest (least expensive) tiles for our roof, because in our case it didn't make sense to go thicker.) He came out one day, and bid the next day.

Barry was head supervisor on our roof. He asked the right questions and made sure that I was clear on what needed to be replaced above the quote. He was extremely good at communicating with me.

The workers were excellent! No one enjoys having a crew of people pounding on ones roof, but they were fast, organized, friendly, and extremely clean. They were here four days (I have a very steep Tudor roof and I had them waterproof etc 45 solar stanchions and fix a dormer etc), every night they cleaned up completely.

I didn't get quotes from other roofers because I was so impressed with Patrick, so I don't know whether they were cheaper or more expensive than others. But I do know that they do excellent quality work, and in roofing this is very important. We had just spent the last 9 years calling out various roofers to fix what was supposed to be a 30 year roof, this won't be a problem with Northern Pacific Roofing.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. The owner of Northern Pacific Roofing looked at my roof and discussed how he would replace gutters. He stated he would email his estimate. Twenty days later, I have still not received an estimate or a reply from Northern Pacific. Has not replied to the two phone messages I left with his answering service. No response to my two email either.. Very unprofessional.

Just had our roof replaced by Northern Pacific Roofing. It seems to generally be an issue getting contractors to respond in a timely manner right now - I think everyone is pretty busy with the Marin real estate boom. We reached out to several companies for quotes and NPR had the best combination of pricing and communication. They did a great job, providing plenty of documentation (photos and explanation in laymen terms) when additional work was necessary and giving us multiple options at different price points. They were very understanding of our budget and gave us their honest opinion on necessary repairs versus ""nice to do"" improvements or fixes that could wait. I feel confident in the quality of their workmanship and their honesty and reliability as professionals.

We need gutters on our home. Based on other positive reviews we contacted Northern Pacific Roofing to get an estimate. Patrick and another gentleman came out to do an estimate about 3 weeks ago. As of yet we have not received an estimate or otherwise heard from Northern Pacific Roofing. Not communicating with us even if they didn't want the job is unprofessional, unacceptable and most likely an indication of how the vendor will perform if hired.

These guys are fantastic!! very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The job is done on schedule, and the job site is always clean. The owner Barry is very fair, and takes personal interest in the job. Hopefully I will not need a roof now for quite a number of years, but if you need one, please call Northern Pacific you wont be sorry.
