North Bay Roofing & Gutters is the only vendor I would trust for my gutter or roofing needs in Sonoma County!

Damien is a local guy who has been doing this since high school so he's very experienced.

I used his team to replace my gutters for my primary residence and my rental.

Recently, I built a pergola for my home and didn't consider that installing the beams attached to the ledger would be a problem since they are cut to size, I called North Bay Roofing & Gutters asking them to take a look at it, fully expecting that they wouldn't have a solution or if they did have a solution it would be a one off job which they wouldn't take.

To my surprise when Damien looked at the problem, he suggested that the gutters be removed temporarily to install the beams and then the gutters re-installed. So he surprised me by offering a solution, he also surprised me again by doing the one off odd job! I was so grateful for both the solution and them doing the one off job, this was an amazing solution because I didn't have to do a bevel cut to make the beams fit under the gutters, see picture.

This is the kind of attention to customer service that you just can't get with anyone else.

I highly recommend North Bay Roofing and Gutters because of their high quality workmanship and their phenomenal customer service! Plus, they are a locally run family business so you know your money will stay within Sonoma County.

I had my roof done on Cobb Mtn. Others wouldn't even return a call or a quote. These guys jumped right on it and it turned out great. They listened to my requests and went above and beyond for me. They worked around the Covid issue and used ladders to access my 3 story house rather than coming inside. The only thing I would have asked is they pay more attention to my decks but once I asked for a little more protection they gladly did it. My house is on the mountain and on a steep hillside so the south end of the house is 4 stories to the ground. They did it when other people said they couldn't. It was hard and took more time but the just persevered. Great work!!!

Great experience all around. Good price, good service, good communication. They worked fast and did really good work. It was everything I was looking for.
