This review is for my interaction I had so far with Northbay Roofing And Gutters . I'm at the stage where I'm waiting for them to send me a date for the work to be done.
I originally called and John was able to stop by a week later to see the house and talk to me about the scope of work. I received a written estimate a couple days later. I submitted the estimate signed and was waiting for a phone call to schedule. I did not know the scheduling was done on Mondays. So when I called to see if they received my signed estimate, and give my deposit, that's when they mentioned I have to wait till Monday for scheduling to happen ( we were Tuesday ) , it's a bit confusing and hope to not be in a rush for the work to be done. I feel they should've mentioned in the estimate email the procedure for scheduling . I would have not waited for their call. I'll update my revienne the work is completed

Gieno and Megeal with their crew from Northbay roofing and gutters came on time, were professional, efficient and did an incredible job doing maintenance on my gutters. Resecured gutters, cleaned gutters downspouts and cleaned up all of debris. Very impressive and polite. Thank you. Ready now for the next rain.

Ten years ago Northbay Roofing reroofed our home. They did a wonderful job. During the recent heavy rains we had some minor leaking and called them. Needless to say, we were very concerned as to how quickly they might be able to respond. Despite the fact that they must have had a huge backlog of projects resulting from the storms, they prioritized our project and sent a crew out almost immediately. As with many leaks it was not clear what the cause may have been. They added some tiles on the roof, removed leaves that had accumulated, and cleaned out the gutters. Despite the uncertainty as to cause, they did not charge us AT ALL for the work. In addition, the communications with both their office staff about the project and the crew they sent were prompt and courteous despite the stressful condition. Also, despite further rain, the leak is gone. We recommend them as highly as possible. Thank you Northbay!!

Great experience with Northbay. Customer service and communication was always super fast and easy through the entire process. Once our repair was scheduled it went really quick. It was immediately tested by about a month of hard rain, so I know they did a great job.

Excellent job. Well worth the money to pay for the roof repair and gutter clean out package- they found 6 more loose roof tiles in addition to the two that were broken and fixed them all. Then they snaked and cleaned out all the gutters. Best of all there is a 1 year warrantee on the repairs... After the first rains, I noticed water was leaking between the roof and the gutter down the awning and they came out within a couple of weeks to fix it and then fixed another similar problem they noticed. The crew were very nice and professional, cleaning up their mess after themselves.
Good customer service with the office staff too.

We have been waiting a long time to put gutters on our roof. Talked with or interviewed at least 5-6 companies. Northbay made appointments, keep them arrived on time, followed up with an competitive estimate and did the work as discussed. Every step of the process went as expected and at the end we have gutters, gutter guards and new downspouts. No surprises and a great job
