Five stars for Geno and his crew, who helped us with some leaks that we noticed after the heavy rains in late October 2021. Responsive, professional, and direct about what the problems were (and weren't) and what to expect going forward. We haven't had heavy rains since the work was done (light rains have produced no leaks, so that's good), but they guarantee no leaks for a year after the work is finished.

Smooth and quick process from getting a quote to having the work done. Geno & Megeal came to our home and were very professional. They performed a thorough cleaning of the roof, gutters, and patching of several areas that needed help. They also advised us of some trees that were causing some major issues and provided recommendations to mitigate the problems in the future. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with me when I first contacted him. Very patient and helpful as I debated shingles and colors. My roof is his roof. He refers to his projects as ""my roof"". He is invested and committed to his clients and work. He texted back promptly when I had questions during the project and was very solution oriented. He connected with the solar company efficiently and made sure everyone was coordinated. The office is responsive and helpful as well. And, Geno and his crew were fabulous. Timely, nice, responsive, cleaned up well and did a great job all around.
