John did more work than the contract stated. He went above and beyond what he was required to do, so appreciate that!
Trimmed back two trees, cleaned my front sidewalk, cleaned the gutters and repaired broken and loose tiles. Cleaned tile roof of debris, moss and dirt that accumulated over the years.
And I got a 5 year guarantee if moss returns.
Cleaned up everything when he left.
His billing and payment system was easy to use.
John is honest and has fair rates.

We had an amazing experience with John from North West Fresh roof and he didn't even tough our roof! He power washed the concrete all around our home (backyard, pool area, driveway and even the sidewalk in front of our home), which was a BIG job. He explained the process and walked us through each area and the trouble spots we had and cleaned up everything so well. My kids even got a kick out of it watching the process. Highly recommended if you're looking to spruce up your yard in time for BBQ-ing season!
