We hired North Roof Cleaning after receiving a notice from our homeowners insurance company threatening to cancel our insurance unless we addressed several issues, including roof cleaning. We are aware that insurance companies are looking for excuses to drop their California clients. Thanks to Jay and Zach's excellent work -- including removing the moss, algae, dirt, cat feces, leaves, and debris from the roof, installing rubber collars to the vent pipes, and even placing a custom screen to deter cats from pooping on the roof, and upon completion of the job, providing a professional roof clearance with before and after pictures, for our insurance company -- we were able to get our insurance reinstated. Jay and Zach are knowledgable, very capable, personable, professional, and went above and beyond the average. We highly recommend North Roof Cleaning!

Had a leaking issue due to improper roof flashing. The team did a great job in fixing it. They removed the damaged shingles, installed proper flashing, sealed everything up, and made sure it was watertight. They were professional, took photos to keep me updated, and left the site clean. Highly recommended!

Returned phone calls & texts promptly. Showed up on time. Very professional & knowledgeable. Hadn't had gutters cleaned in 3 years, did a thorough job. Also inspected roof & found some gable flashing not secured well. There was a gap. They fixed it.
