We hired Houston finest. They are not at all the finest. I would not recommend them. They ask for 66 percent of the money without even starting. Then they only start the job and leave. They will keep telling you excuses and that they need more money. It's a scam, stay away.

Manuel Garcia of Houston finest presented as a professional contractor to me in August of 2021. He came to my site with about 8 associates, proving that he has sufficient crews to accomplish my project. We signed contracts that divides payment into 3 phases. Paid first and second phases for the project at the first location. Manuel Garcia failed to perform according to stipulated contract. Roof needs total renovation but Manuel and his crew did half the roof, so when it rained during hurricane Nicholas, the roof was leaking. Witnesses notified that they've only completed half of the roof. All plumbing and electrical claimed installed were all deficient. Insulation was barely completed and the Sheetrock installations were all unprofessionally done. Manuel Garcia was already paid $40,000.00 with deficient performance. When issues addressed with him, he started coming up with stories like: I bought commodes, kitchen cabinets... and we're all stolen. Investigation revealed no items were stolen from the house. He further stated that Hurricane Nicholas destroyed the roof, sidings... It's a different lies for a different days. I visited the sites video recorded numerous times without workers, while he kept lying that his workers are there working. I spoke to one of his workers whom told me that he said I have at the time not paid him. To proof that payments were made to him on both sites- Houston $40k and Baytown $20k. I sent copies of payment receipts to his associates.
I'm a victim in addition to all others. New customers should beware of this fraudulent contractor practices. He's threatening to kill me now. Contact me on 7188448085 for reference check. Everyone works hard for their money!
