They put a new roof on my home 9 years. In a heavy rain in January we discovered a leak in my roof . After hiring a public adjuster, the damage to my home became apparent and the damage is extensive. It has been leaking between my walls with no visible evidence to us. I have mold and extensive damage due to unknown water leakage. My insurance company denied the claim as to poor installation on the roofing company. With an attorney, 2 independent roofers and 2 independent contractors the overwhelming conclusion is that my roof was installed properly. I am now left with no recourse through my insurance agency and the roofing company was paid to install a proper roof and I did not receive that service. I am now left with a home with EXTENSVIE DAMAGE.
My mom, on my advice used the same roofers several weeks later and she is going through the same issue as I write this. Water leaking between walls that was not found until now and she has rot and mold as well.

Not recommending!
Beware - they don't guarantee repairs!!! Maybe someone else had a wonderful experience - we did not. A few months ago they did some repairs on our roof stating it had at least 5 years left and with some preventative maintenance maybe even longer before we had to replace it. The main job was to replace the siding on the chimney, but also to address some other problem areas including sealing around the dryer vent. After a recent rain we had a big leak through the dryer vent in the laundry room and then through the kitchen ceiling. Joshua who did the work offered to provide a new estimate to replace part of the roof around the dryer vent and the vent itself. No thank you. We will go with someone else who knows what they are doing. At least he was polite. Mary the receptionist quickly heated herself up and started yelling at me saying ""We don't guarantee repairs!!!"" and repeating ""Do you understand???"" after each sentence. I understand Mary. Hopefully, you will not only lose my respect, but someone else's prospective business.

North Georgia Roofing and restoration is great! They came and in one day tore off my old roof and replaced it. Very respectful, very professional, and worked with me around my schedule! I would definitely recommend them.

North Georgia Roof and Restoration replaced our roof 10 years ago. They did a very good job. They were very helpful when we thought we had a leak sometime after the roof was replaced. Turned out it was wood rot where the house met the roof. They sent us very competent contractor who at a very reasonable cost was able to fix our problem. We are now putting our house on the market and due to some old leak that happen before we had the roof replaced our realtor wanted to have the roof inspected and it was going to cost us a lot. I called North Georgia Roof and Restoration. They came out and inspected the Roof at no cost and provided us with a letter say the roof was in good shape.
