Used this company to replace roof. Had numerous leaks. Made several attempts to call him to repair. Did not return calls. Finally had to find someone else to repair his shoddy work.

Don't use them! Had them put on a new roof that extended over my porch. Have a very large leak on my porch about 3ft by 4ft. Called Mark Evans who advised me someone would be here Wednesday or Thursday. No one came after several calls finally contacted him promised that someone would be here Friday and if not he would come personally on Saturday. Again no one showed up. Tried to call him again and could not get an answer so borrowed a phone so he would not know it was me and he answered. Again he promised to be here Sunday afternoon. Did not show-up again. He also refused to respond to any and all text messages. Of course I am now very concerned about my whole roof. Once he has your money its a done deal! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. DON'T USE THEM!

We were hired by North Georgia Home Solutions to perform work for their customer. We performed this work in May, 2017, and can not get them to pay for work performed. I would recommend that no one hire out as a subcontractor for this company.

We would never recommend this company to anyone. Adam, the salesman quoted this project as taking less than a week. We are going on three months and we are still working to get the installation issues fixed. The company hired a subcontractor team to complete the work. We were immediately concerned about the quality of the work as there were many signs that the job wasn't being done right. When the subcontractors said they were done, they left the property a complete mess. Instead of renting a porta-potty they were defecating on our property and didn't even bother to clean up their toilet paper. They damaged our landscaping, sidings, and even a window. We were so doubtful about the workmanship that we had a third party inspector look at the installation. The inspector said that there was a lot of unnecessary cosmetic damage to our new metal roof. Even worse is that the installation had many defects and wasn't even up to code. We could see through the eave from the attic and Mark, the owner, assured us this was normal. The inspector told us that we could see daylight because they did not install drip edging which is a code violation. They told us that none of the plywood decking needed to be replaced but we found a rotten board that the roofers had clearly stepped all the way through leaving a large hole. They merely laid the metal sheeting over it without repairing it. Luckily, we had withheld about half of the funds so we had some leverage. We have since forced the company back out multiple times to clean up the property and bring the installation up to code. The roof leaked during a storm and they repeatedly pushed back the date that they said they would repair it causing us to miss work for nothing. When my husband pointed out issues with the gutters, they told us yet again that the problem was normal. We had another inspection and, once again, the work wasn't up to code. The inspector told us that the gutter installer simply cut corners. As of today, they are supposedly done fixing all the issues but since they've proven they can't be trusted we have the inspector scheduled again for later this week. The only positive thing I can say is that the owner did reduce our price. He repeatedly told us that he is a certified inspector, but he never bothered to inspect the work and inspection after inspection revealed problem after problem.
If you're going to engage this company, I would recommend having the work inspected by a third party before paying them the full amount you owe.
