Carlos was hired to re level my mobile home. On appt day he showed up with two young kids, sent them under the home with a 36 inch level and a wrench, then he left. In less than 3 hours they were done and I was presented with a $600 bill (over $200 per hour) which I would have never agreed to If I had known the job would only take less than 3 hours. When I asked the kids what they found, neither spoke English. After paying, I wrote on the bill a note asking Carlos to call with the findings-No call-on top of that I still have all the previous problems. Cannot recommend-This business is also known as North County Mobile Home Contractors.

Carlos has done a couple of projects for me. He replaced skirting on mobile home, job well done.
He painted the exterior of mobile home. A nearly perfect job, for a tiny budget.
He repaired the Carport cover and extended it, good job on a budget. had to remind him to paint underside. A great job.

Carlos Medina and crew replaced my old metal skirting with vinyl. He answered all my questions, gave me a good price, got here when he said he would, only took a small deposit until the job was done, included a couple of things others wanted to charge extra for, called to let me know he wouldn't be there because of rain then came back the next day, which was a Saturday to finish and sent someone back to fix one small problem after being paid in full.
