Bob was the nicest person to work with. We thought our skylight was leaking and he came out within a day to look at it for us. He inspected it and identified that it was a roof leak, not a skylight leak. While he was here he cleaned and resealed the skylight free of charge. I appreciated his honesty. He was also one of the most genuinely kind people I've ever met. I highly recommend working with him because of his kindness, honesty and integrity.

Bob, the owner, took great care of us. After 20+ phone calls to various places to help with a cracked skylight, and virtually all companies either declining to do a replacement or attempting to ""up-sell"" us to a different kind of skylight or a new roof, I found Bob a breath of fresh air. The job was executed within a few days of me reaching out - and took about 15 minutes. He gave us a reasonably priced quote and provided a warranty on his work (you can always get pure labor for less, but you get what you pay for). Wish I found this company a month ago when I started my search.

They replaced my 30 years old skylight with a newly upgrade top of the line VELUX skylight and offered a very reasonable price.

I was getting my roof redone and the roofing company recommended I call Bob, the owner of North Coast Skylights if I wanted to change out the skylights. I called Bob and he came and saw me the same day. I let him know what I wanted and he guided me through the process. He said that he would give me a quote by 8am the next day it surprisingly was there before. In the quote he told me that he could probably install it within the next 2 weeks. I let him know that was too late and I needed it the next week since I wanted it done before they installed the tile on the roof. He made it happen with no additional cost and now I have 3 new beautiful Custom skylights installed. The very next day, after they were installed, it rained and hailed and not a single leak. This company is amazing!
