I was very impressed with the roofing repairs I received. Rudy gave me several different options after he discovered many shingles were missing after a major storm.

Even though they were booked, he had our job worked in between other jobs to ensure it was done before the next storm.

The work was done well, on time and Rudy spent a LOT of time negotiating with my very tough home insurance company to overturn their refusal to pay for some repairs they unfairly said weren't needed.

I'm thankful I chose North City Roofing. They seem like an excellent company, dedicated to doing the best for the client. Rudy definitely went the extra mile for me.

A tree recently fell on my house and damaged my roof. I called a few places to get quotes about repairing the roof. The quotes were either too high or arbitrarily competitive without any explanation of the work, until Rudy form Northcity roofing came over to give me a quote. Rudy took his time in examining the damage. He then explained the repair procedure and gave me a very reasonable quote with itemized work plan and procedures. I was very impressed with his professionalism and decided to let Northcity roofing repair my roof.

Rudy and his team came over a few days later and did the repair. I could clearly tell that I made the right choice of picking the right contractor for the work. They took their time with the damage repair to ensure it was done right, then meticulously sealed the damaged area, and matched the new shingles to the existing ones. They even go out their way to clean out the area to make sure no debris would fall into the house. At the end, the repaired area blends so well to the rest of the roof that it is hard to notice where the damage was. I am completely satisfied with the repair and would use them again for future roofing work.

Our roof leaked on Sat night int this stormy weather ! I contacted Rudy on Sunday and he was very prompt in his response with ETA to look into the issue same day. He was at at different job location. He and his team came to look at my roof, diagnosed and gave me an estimate. He started working on the roof till late in the night and finished the job before it started raining again. He is very professional and explains the steps taken and the materials needed for the job. I highly recommend him for your roofing needs. Rudy is a third gen roofer which runs in the family !
