Giving 1 star is VERY generous. I would give negative star if it were an option. Keep far away from Logan Nunez.

We were very clear what we needed done from the start. Fast forward a few weeks, not only has a simple shower remodel still not close to completion, but it was exactly the opposite of what we asked for. Logan was extremely argumentative and disrespectful and handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner.

In addition, I consulted 4 separate contractors after the fact, who were in utter disbelief of the poor work of a ""professional"" contractor

Logan took over $4,000 from us, pocketed the money, and used old and damaged materials that would cause significant damage in the near future.
To remedy the mistakes Logan made would cost us a minimum of $2,000. Which doesn't include the $10,000+ to complete the job.

He takes full advantage of his customers, I am not the first as you can see in reviews on google and the BBB

I was referred to him by my realtor and it has been the worst mistake we've made.

To sum it up... Logan failed to perform the work he was contracted for in a workmanlike manner and, in doing so, caused additional damage requiring an additional expenditure of $2,000 to repair and remediate the damage caused by his negligence. I am seeking reimbursement of the $4,630.00 already paid plus $2,000.00 in additional damages to fix/repair the damages caused by defendant, total claim of $6,630.00

As expected, Logan refused to issue a refund. Unfortunately I will see him in court

Failed to fix extremely poor workmanship in basic kitchen remodel. Fraudulently replaced more expensive island/countertop material with less expensive stone.
