Just completed a steller project in 2 1/2 days...would give them 10 stars if I could. From the start of this to completion, a dealt with warm friendly workers that left an immaculate site each day, was given a fair price and the creation of a beauifully executed 50 year roof. Bravo and thank you guys, I will certainly use you on additional projects and will highly recommend your professional services to others.

I called originally because I wanted to see if this company accepted insurance coverage and they did. Also within 3 days I had an electronic quote to my email and text message with a super reasonable quote compared to some others I have heard of in my neighborhood and he gave color options. I have a basic size house (1300sq ft). The owner Ivan showed up to my house two days before to remind me. Then the day before, his office lady called that they would be there the following morning at 7am. They were able to replace any wood, rip off all the old 3 layers of roof, dispose of the trash, touch up paint on any replaced wood, properly reconnect gutters, and finish in 2 days!!!!!! He had a whole crew come and they were on time. I would recommend again Forsure And the work looks sleek & perfectly layed.

Ivan replaced our roof in October 2022. I wanted to wait until after the rainy season to write this review to make sure there were no problems. We had a ton of rain this winter and had no issues at all related to the new roof. There were a couple of things we were unhappy about and spoke with Ivan about it at the end of the job and he more than made up for it. He is very determined to make things right. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Due to the recent storms, i was in desperate need of repair to my roof. I had got a flyer advertising N.American Roofing so I called them. They came out to give me an estimate and took several pics. Due to more rain, they couldn't start till March 1. They whole team of guys worked fast and efficient and finished the 3rd early in the morning. They did an excellent job and explained everything they did. So I want to say thanks to Gustavo and his team, they are the best.

We had a leak in our roof and called Ivan on a neighbors's recommendation. In the middle of a lot of rainy days , he responded right away and was out the next day. He was very professional and fixed our problem right away! I would call him again and would recommend him !

I got a new roof from Ivan's team this year. It couldn't have gone any smoother. The roof was in terrible shape and the new roof makes the whole house look better. They showed up exactly when promised, they left the front and back yards way better than they had been before. The team was so professional and nice and polite. I wish they did more than roofs because they do excellent quality work and are easy to work wiith. I had originally called 3 other roofers and one never showed up to give an estimate, one was outrageously expensive, and one showed up and had a look and never got back to me with an estimate. North American got everything right.

Texted the owner, and sent a video explaining the problem. He said he would stop by the next day between 10 am-12 pm. No show, no call, and no reply to my text message.

I can understand that jobs sometimes take longer than expected, things happen, plans change, but my time is as valuable as anybody's. The correct move would have been to call, apologize and reschedule. It would have been a smart business move too, because then I wouldn't be leaving this one-star review. Reliability =zero.

Ivan was super helpful and reliable and always did what he said he would. The price he gave was super reasonable the roof looks good and is comprised of the same exact underlayment and tiles as some of the other bigger companies. The only complaint I could possibly think of is most of his employees do not speak English.

i recently hired this company and the job was completed yesterday, if i could give ten stars i would ,Ivan was awesome,honest,trustworthey,friendly and professional,my roof is awesome,even the neighbors commented on their detail and quality of the work they were doing while watching them work, they went above and beyond what i expected,i highly recommend them!!!!!! they showed up early everyday and cleaned up throughly at the end of everyday, the price i paid was beyond reasonable, save yourself time and money, hire this crew now!!!! when it comes to your home,dont take chances with some other company, call Ivan, north american roofing!!!!!!!...5-20-2021
