We just met with the Project Manager from NAR this morning and he walked out of my home and said he will not be doing the job. Would not even provide me with a copy of the estimate.

The Project Manager began on the defensive and was combative to start. He walked in and asked to look at the kitchen. Then in the kitchen he proceeded to tell me that he has seen this many times before with other homeowners and their horrible experiences with other companies and/or USAA and how they (NAR) then comes in to do the job and the homeowner then takes their misplaced anger out on them (NAR). This was all delivered as a diatribe in which he badmouthed ServPro (which was quite unprofessional) and then he continued with chauvinistic arrogance to say, ""I am the best at what I do,"" and ""there is no one that is as good as us,"" and ""we are the professionals here,"" and ""you need to trust us."" Next he proceeded to scold me as a small child and asked if I was going to bring my misplaced anger into this job. He continued, ""Is this going to be a problem?"" He was the one looking for a problem. I was stunned and shocked with this entire display. I replied that there was no problem and stated that yes this has been a frustrating process thus far,; however, I only want to get all the repairs done properly and my house put back together as soon as possible and as long as NAR can do that then there is no problem.

The Project Manager then raised his voice and said, ""see that right there is a problem,"" and then said, ""I can't do this project."" He proceeded to walk out. I tried to reason with him to keep the dialogue and conversation open, so that we could get the miscommunication resolved and try to get to the discussion and issue at hand of scheduling of repairs. He raised his voice several times and talked over me and then belittled me by implying I was talking over him. This was the most unprofessional display I have ever encounter by a company. He came out looking for problems and for reasons beyond my knowledge did not want to do the work.

Just found out ""The Project Manager"" is actually the Company President. Interesting way to do business.

These people are crooks! My mother had a small section of roof that collapsed because of a little storm damage and she contacted this company. This company purposely took their time to correct the issues with her roof. I am not one to typically complain as long as everything gets done in a timely manner, but it took 4 1/2 months for them to complete the work. What happened, because of the time taken to complete this task that should be routine with this company, caused further damage to my mothers house due to future rain storms. My mother had to call repeatedly. If I had known that this was going on I would've stepped in sooner. What's more is The damage that occurred because of their negligence was far more extensive than previously thought because we found black mold in the attic as well as in other areas of the house. Ceilings had to be removed and replaced, mold mitigation, sentimental items had to be thrown out, among other larger expenses and emotional heart Ache. It's not that I ""do not recommend ""this company I implore you to go somewhere else because of their unscrupulous activities and willful negligence. This company should be investigated.

Absolutely hellish experience with this company! They made the hail damage 100% WORSE, and made a roof leak they were supposed to fix even bigger! Then tried to call and have the bill paid when they did nothing but damage and cause nothing but stress and time spent with a company we would never wish upon anyone else.

I would actually give 0 stars if possible. Crew came to put roof on house. Supervisor not present and supervised clearly by cell phone. Crew left after they took shingles off roof. Torrential rains the next day resulted in water pouring in the house. Walls had to be cut out. The repair crew was inept. You will deal with a revolving crew of idiots because apparently no one stays there too long. Uncommon customer service is their motto. All I can say is thank God for that. P.S. The owner records conversations over the phone without informing the customer. Class act.

Brand new roof leaks, even after they came to ""fix"" it twice. None of the regular crew speaks English except the foreman guy, who was totally dismissive of my concerns. They showed up without calling to let me know what day they were going to start, so I was caught at 6 AM in my pajamas. They didn't actually finish all the work they had been contracted to do, so I'm going to have to hire someone else to fix the botched roof and finish the rest of it. A complete waste of time and money. Do they live up to their slogan? Sure, uncommon customer service. Uncommonly terrible.

Our family room ceiling was ruined by a leaking pipe. These guys came out did a great job and when they were done, they left without a trace of them ever being there. Respected our property, showed up when they said they would. Highly recommended!
