Came out to give a bid for a roof job. Low slope roof tied into a steeper 3:12 roof transitions on Two side of roof valley. Arrived on day they said they would, gave a fair bid. I got 6 roofing companies bids, and reviewed proposed solution ideas. They offered good value solution. Work looks good. Heavy duty professional drip edge, special nails, and roofing membrane and underlayment.

Scheduled an appointment. An hour before scheduled appointment, he texted saying he would like to reschedule. Which we did. However he no call no showed to the rescheduled date and time. We call him but he didn't answer. Also left him voicemail. He didn't reach back to us until the following afternoon. Definitely don't recommend. Lack of communication.
