Very responsive. Had a leak in the roof and he sent his guy out same day took care of the issue. Only reason it's 4 star not a 5 is I do not know how long the fix will last yet. But from looking at pictures, it seems like it's resolved the problem.

Technician didn't show up till 24 hours after promised. I called for an update the day he was supposed to be there and was told he would see where the technician was before the rain I was able to get a roofer out there to move and reattach a tile that was out of place the day of the rain to prevent further damage. No tile moving should have been done. I only agreed to pictures to make sure the roof would not need further repairs.
