Back in Oct 23 this company came to replace roof of Apt bldg I live in, they removed old roofing and left it bare knowing a rain storm was coming, after 2 days of rain they came to cover roof with plastic that blew off in some places then more rain that leaked through 3 of the 4 apts, my wife and I were chasing the leaks with buckets all night and for 2 days after. When they finally came back to address the issues, they asked if I'd do the repairs knowing I was the Manger at the time, so we came to an agreement to do the work, after paying for materials and doing the work on my apt, they ghosted me on payment. They hired another guy to do repairs in another apt and as far as I'm aware they ghosted them on payment, at the time bldgs were in escrow and have since been sold. They did shotty work and still hadn't replaced gutters they damaged. They are not a company to be trusted. I wouldn't have given them a 1 star rating but have too.

I called NorCal back in June to come and look at the roof of the home I just bought. They came out promptly and gave me a great estimate. I wasn't able to get the work done as some other issues with the house came up. In the meantime, I recommended them to some family and they did an amazing job replacing dry rot. Fast forward to September, I call them back and they promptly scheduled the work to be completed. They were great to work with and I would have no problems calling them again as I feel my money was well spent.

In December, 2022, I had a major roof leak. My kitchen was water damaged. Norcal sent someone out to give me an estimate. The roof work was completed right away on Christmas Eve. Another issue was discovered. 5 valleys needed to be repaired. An estimate of $1500 was agreed to. The work was never completed. I followed up with Norcal continuously throughout 2023. Talked to the staff & Bryan, the owner. No one called back. I finally gave up & called another roofing company. The work is now done. The secondary water/mold damage inside kitchen was handled by Servpro. Although it took about 3 months to complete, it was finally completed.

I had a leak in my roof and called nor cal roofing. I spoke with Coreen, she was professional and had some at my house to fix the leak before the day was over. They were reasonably priced and professional. I would use there services again.

Very dissatisfied with service. Requested contractor to give estimate on roof. He was 2 hours late. Once assessment was made. He indicated that he would send estimate in two days. That was never forwarded. So I contacted the contractor and he never returned my phone call. I called the office a couple times and the secretaries made excuses for the contractor and I still have not received a phone call. I took time out of my work schedule to meet up with this contractor and this is how a customer gets treated

I called this place back in January because i had a leak in my dining room from the storm. I kept calling back for updates and they kept telling me that they were pushing me up to the top. Finally 3/22 they come out. It was 2 guys, one barely spoke and the other was a bit young. I told him that I thought maybe the issue was our upstairs balcony but I'm not sure. I'm no roofer. 4 minutes later they knock on my door to tell me that my roof was fine and it was indeed my balcony. The guys never walked into my house, there's only one way to access the balcony and that's through the upstairs bedroom. They just assumed.... Anyways I was like do you know of any other companies that might fix balconies. Kid blew me off, and that was that.

Then today, a week later I'm sent an invoice for $395. I call and I'm assume i'm dealing with the owner but he tells me I'm being billed for the minimum regardless of the fact that they could not do the work. I was like yes there's a minimum for actual work done. Then he says something to the effect of what do you think, we go out for free?! I told him I wasn't paying for services that were not done and I've never heard of anyone doing that. I also told him he could take me to court, look I'm 8 months pregnant with twins, now is not the time to try and get one on over me.

Definitely be aware, find a more reputable company. Also by the lack of yelps here I can see that customer service is not their strong suit.
