They were professional and very responsive and I can say that even with the recent rains the roof has held up with no leaks. We had a minor leak which they came and fixed right away. They left my home completely exposed and without a roof for three days. When they finally came back they damaged landscaping, outer structures, and left me with a finished product that was completely unacceptable. I was in a panic!
Patricia, Anthony, and the management at Norcal to the rescue. They sent in a new team to repair, replace, and reimburse everything that was destroyed and done badly by the first. They checked in daily to make sure everything was being done correctly the second time. I am fully confident the new roof will last me the 20-25 years they promised. You can trust this company to stand behind and value their customers.
