We needed paint touch ups, cabinet stain touch ups, caulking, weather stripping, a Ring doorbell and camera installed, our address light fixed, and smoke detectors installed to prepare to put our house on the market. I had a leak in my shower stall. When the shower area was demolished, it was determined that some of the structural wood had dry rot and needed to be repaired or replaced. My husband and I contracted Omar and his team to remodel our home. We had the popcorn ceiling removed, re-texturized & painted, carpet removed and replaced with luxury vinyl with new baseboards, 1 full bathroom remodel, entire interior of the home painted including the fireplace to make it look more modern, replaced all door knobs, and updated the dining room light. We had met with several contractors and decided on Omar and his team because he took the time to show us photos of previous work, did not pressure us to do anything out of our budget, showed us details that were budget friendly such as our selection for door knobs or light switches (swear didnt even cross my mind, so cheap to replace but way nicer on the eyes) and was overall pleasant. Other contractors arrived late, did not bring examples or were overpriced for smaller jobs. I won't lie, I have never remodeled a home and honestly don't trust anyone but Omar was trustworthy. When the job was finished there were some minor touch ups needed, we sent him pictures and no joke he brought a HUGE crew with him the very next morning to fix it. I was at work, he sent pictures and kept me updated. He even did the work with his crew. Knowing that Omar stands by his work is huge to me and my family. We plan to update a few more things in our home as we get settled and we will continue to go to Omar. I recommend him to anyone who values communication and honesty. Omar and his guys from Noor construction did an amazing job remodeling my daughters badly designed and nonfunctional bathroom. With his knowledge and eye for design we were able get two rooms for the price of one!! My daughter gained a HUGE walk-in closet with a very nice sized top quality bathroom!!! Omar used high quality materials and the experience of his work shows. His work and craftsmanship was better than the original builders!!! During demo and remodeling process Omar found hidden problems unknown to us and quickly fixed them! Noor construction workers were always on time, very polite and worked hard the whole time during the process. Every evening upon leaving they cleaned up the entire area. Omar is a great listener; and is always willing to do whatever is needed or necessary to make you happy and stress-free throughout the process. I've gotten several bids on this job and Omar by far was the most cost-effective!!! Everything included in his price would've run me thousands of dollars more! Not to mention he's a one stop shop for everything; inside and outside of your home!! I already have more jobs in line for him to do!
