OMAR OMAR OMAR is the guy you have been looking for. He's the best, and I don't give out that feedback often. We hired him and his team to fix our stairs, but it turns out there were a lot more issues with it that we did not foresee. He didn't abandon the project like most contractors normally would, but he completed it with the utmost patience. From the countless meetings to planning to inspection, he fulfilled everything to perfection. We also appreciated him keeping us in the loop all the way so we were aware of what the situation was. He also generously comped us a lot of his free time to do additional requirements by the city without charging us the extra. For this, we are forever grateful. For every project, you want a reliable, trustworthy, and someone that does high-quality work, and Omar and his team are the ones to go to. There were no complaints, and my feedback for him would be 110% satisfied. We look forward to working with him again and definitely sending referrals of friends his way. We had Noor Construction give us an estimate for a master bathroom. Omar (the General Contractor) came out and gave us an estimate lower than several other companies we received estimates from. Omar was very knowledgeable and thorough doing the job. He did show up whenever he said he would and he and his team were very professional and courteous.

We had severe water damage to the side of our house from the rain season. Water was leaking into our kitchen thru two kitchen windows and it was originally a mystery.

Omar came in and found the issues immediately. (he responded immediately after I requested an eval and a free estimate). He was first to give us a quote. I was immediately confident that he would remedy our severe exterior water damage wall issues.

They were quick, professional and Omar was always wanting us to get the job done to our specs. The stucco wasn't originally done perfectly but after our review his crew came two days later and at no additional charge redid the exterior stucco work to perfection.

You should always get several quotes on complicated jobs on your home; But at the end of the day it was always obvious who would get the bid. Our home is the most important investment to us and I am thankful to the Universe that Omar and Noor Construction was there during a stressful time in our lives. Thank you Omar! We appreciate you!

Noor Construction is the best! We contracted Omar to construct a new loft addition in our home in Rocklin and it looks incredible! Omar is an excellent contractor. He is kind, friendly, fair, passionate about his work, honest, highly motivated, extremely knowledgeable and talented, responsive, reliable, and very easy to work with. Omar and his team finished the job quickly and with very high quality work. We are so excited about our new loft!

Additionally, we hired Noor Construction to fix a stucco leak in our south facing exterior wall. The water damage ended up being far more extensive than anticipated and much more work for Omar's team. Despite this, Omar honored the original estimate and completed the job quickly.

If you are looking for a contractor in the Sacramento / Roseville area, Noor Construction is your best option by far. In addition to being highly talented and hard working, Omar and his team are also genuinely good, honest people.

Now that the loft and stucco leak are fixed, I look forward to contracting with Noor Construction for a kitchen remodel in the near future.

I am so incredibly grateful to have found Noor Construction. A tree fell on our house during the January storms. If that wasn't bad enough, the homeowners insurance company made it even worse. Fortunately, we found Omar at Noor Construction!! He responded to our request for an estimate within minutes. He took care of us every step of the way thereafter. He spoke directly to our insurance company, he was always available to answer our questions and assuage our worries. His entire crew was timely, professional, clean, and wonderful to work with. Omar treated us like family. I couldn't be more impressed with the service and the quality of work. Noor Construction flipped a very terrible experience for us into something awesome.
