Every thing went very well. Good quality also. Danelo was a wonderful contractor suprervisor. He was always smiling with such a friendly demeanor. The crew was also great and did our roof in just a day and a half! I would recommend Nolands to anyone who needs a new roof or maybe just a repair.
Marilyn and Tony DeMilio.

Noland's came to my house for an unsolicited roof inspection. The salesman insisted I needed a new roof due to storm damage. I had another company inspect the roof and they said there was absolutely NO damage whatsoever. They are a SCAM operation.

My name is John I'm 73 years old this company is terrible they've just ripped me off and my insurance company for over 43,000 and refuse to fix the things that did did wrong on my roof and the Damage they did around my house stay away from this company very bad people and the salesman Nathan Mitchell is terrible he's a liar just like all of them are and the office manager is a liar

very bad company made lots of promises and never kept, taking advantage of a 73 year old man, its been 3 months of crap, very un professional, sales man nathan, wants to argue about everything, roof was completed finally, skylights were a mess but finally put in, but chimneys were not, im left with big gap on bottom, refusing to make corrections, theyve been paid in full by in insurance company appr. $33k i paid appr. $11k deductible, refusing to take care of vinyl siding on chimneys, never finished pressure washing in front and cleaning up, tore out bushes, nails left in pool, just a disaster would never refer them for anything, now i need to pay someone else to come an finish what they didnt do.

I had several stone roof tiles come loose. I called Noland's and they came out within a few days, got everything back in place, and charged me nothing. Mike did a great job.
We had a previous repair with Noland's. That was probably a ""4 stars out of five"" experience getting it done, but the work itself from that repair has been perfect.

Requested repairs from Noland's Roofing due to soffit damage from a storm. They were quick to come out and give prices for repairs, but that's about it.
The initial estimate came out to be $600, because they had a ""minimum"" for soffit repairs. To note, they don't even do the work. They contract someone else to come out to repair it. Ok fine. After contracts were signed, and half the balance was paid before work even started. This was on 1/19/22.
Because these were sub-contractors for Noland's, they had no idea when they would arrive for the work. They provided an estimated time of 2 weeks.
After not hearing anything, now going into February, I call to get a time frame. Now I'm finally told they'll be at our home on 2/10/22, between 8-5. Great, so we wait, day goes by, and we don't see these workers or any communication from Noland's. Call them again, and we're told their truck broke down so they would be here tomorrow, on 2/11/22. Again, no time frame available.
So we wait, they finally arrive, repair the hole (not the whole contracted work) and leave. Call back Noland's, they say they're going to call the Contractor, they return, they say they had no idea the work included all that (the amount of the soffit needing replaced) and stated they didn't have material so they would be back again.
Call back Noland's, and they can't provide a timeframe or even a date. I ask them for compensation for all this inconvenience. They immediately become defensive, actually tell me this is not an inconvenience on you, that we don't even have to be home for the repair (because they do such trustworthy work, right?). They actually have the nerve to raise they're voice and starts yelling at me on the phone, asking what I want from them. I thought I was pretty clear? Seeing as this woman in the office had zero training for customer service, I ask her for an email with what happened today (2/11/22) and with an estimated time frame for the rest of the repairs.
Wait and wait, receive nothing from them. Until finally I receive an email on 2/25/22. Contents of the email? Here's the invoice for your work, you owe us the rest of the amount.
Do not work with Noland's. Do not give them your business. I've saved all text messages with the Sales guy and what few emails I received from them.

This company is full of a bunch of unprofessional clowns. Nothing with our job went right except the stuff they outsourced to other companies which they always marked up to make money on even though they didn't do any work. The new roof leaked, it failed inspection, took over a month to complete, and then they put a lien on my home until I paid in full.
To start, they had my phone number wrong so no one could call to let me know they were coming. They had to reschedule the shingle delivery because my truck was in the driveway and I wasn't home to move it. Then, they said that may delay the roof installation. They had to fix the flashing around the fireplace that was going to be $600 plus $1,100 to rebuild the chimney. I told them I would do it myself to which they said I couldn't, they had to do it. So, instead of hiring a separate company they said they could have the roofers do the whole thing for $500. When I questioned why the price difference, they said they wouldn't add on their extra fee if the roofers did it. So, they did outsource it and still charged the $500 after I called the office and complained. Even the lady in the office said you don't want the roofers doing the chimney because they aren't carpenters. Then, I had a leak on the back porch due to the slant of the roof being wrong from a tree falling on the house. They said they would fix the problem which they didn't, it still leaked. They told me they just put the roof back to the condition it was in. I hired them to fix the roof not give me another leaking roof. The roof job was so bad it failed inspection and they had to tear off part of the back porch roof to fix it. But, they didn't want to come right out and fix it because they had a big apartment job to do so they put me off and then forgot to schedule it and then threatened twice to put a lien on my house which they did until I paid in full. I was supposed to get a new chimney cap too, but they forgot to schedule that so it never got done. I tried numerous times to reach out to Leland who I was told to complain to and he wouldn't even call me back until after about three weeks.

They replaced my parents roof and did a superb job. I decided to use them since I saw they were A rated in the BBB. The contractor that helped us through the entire process(Nathan Mitchell) proved why they are rated what they are. His efficiency with the documentation we needed helped tremendously with the roofing claim approval and he provided guidance along the way. I would definitely recommend Nolands!

We had to call this company back out to do the job right with every step of the process. We were even told by the branch manager in Manatee county ""Man, this has been terrible for you"" and then he never even sent anyone out to finish fixing a gap they left that allows rodents into the attic.
I would never recommend this company even if they were thousands less than everyone else!

After a bumpy start, Nathan Mitchell contacted me and he was excellent. He has made sure all my questions have been answered and has gotten the project moving. I look forward to continuing to work with him.
