Chris kept in contact and went beyond to help get a date to get the job done, which really helped my stress level. Thank you for your personal service in getting this done.

If I had to hire someone to install my rain gutters and downspouts again, I would not consider Noland's Roofing. My experience with them was not pleasant. The roofer showed up on the day we agreed on, couple hours later the crew took off. The project left unfinished. I had to call the office and a different crew came out to finish the project. A lot of frustrations for not knowing what happened there. The explained to me that they used a 3rd party contractor. Not only the contractor was very unprofessional and they did such a poor job, the downspouts were incorrectly installed. They were far off the ground. They also quoted me 8 spouts and I ended up getting 7 installed at my house. They couldn't explain why....
I thought I was trying to help out the local business in Clermont but it didn't work out the way intended.
Noland's roofing failed to deliver their products.

Everything was great until they came for estimate and suggested to file a claim for insurance to cover it for a roof we deserve were the words they stated. After denial of claim I was told that they knew it would get denied so they have lawyers for this reason to make them pay. I'm not going to contribute to the crisis in Florida.

I have used Noland's roofing from Clermont twice in the past ten years (different homes). Nolands has always been professional and on time taking all the stress of roofing from me. This last time Greg Noland was at my home in Stonecrest while I was having chest pain (having just arrived home from having a cardiac procedure) I told Greg he would have to finish the paperwork as i need to go (by ambulance) to the hospital- Greg stayed with me until EMS arrived. Yesterday (11-15-22) my new roof was installed at my home in Stonecrest-- as usual everything was done professionally- Today Noland's ""runner"" Mike stopped by to pickup extra materials and remove the old gutters - Mike took great pride in his work and is a credit to Noland's - I would not hesitate to recommend Noland's to anyone needing a new roof.

Noland's Roofing stands by their work. I bought my house 3/2022. The roof was 2 years old. In September 2022 I found a leak over the garage. Noland's had installed the roof, so I called them and learned the previous owner did not get a warranty for a new owner. With no choice but to fix it, my file was marked ""Urgent"" (roof leak, rainy season) and an inspector was scheduled.
Etzio inspected the leak, inside and out, took pictures, patiently explained what needed to be done, gave me his estimate, and said the office would call me.
Nicki called to schedule the repair for 2 days later. After hanging up, I realized we hadn't confirmed a price and called her back. My jaw dropped when she said, ""We're not charging you."" I told her how grateful I was, but had to know, ""Why?"" Nicki said, ""It should have been done right the first time.""
Every person I spoke with was patient, professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Anarisa, Renee, Nicki, Etzio, and Gabby.
I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Noland's replaced my roof in January 2022. They failed to complete the gutters and resulted in a collapsed porch roof.
We have contacted them on numerous occasions and can't even get a call back much less the damage they caused repaired.
I would highly warn anyone from using this company. The workmanship was extremely poor, it resulted in major damage to our house, and they have failed to make it right.

I posted a negative review two days ago regarding gutter guards that were not working. I had complained to some lower level employees who basically told me too bad, live with it. It finally got to management and they sent someone out who met with me and resolved the issue! It is too bad that bad feelings had to take place before this got taken care of.

Noland's did a five star job on my roof from the very beginning! They were extremely professional, did a great job on the roof and did a great job cleaning up! My roof is beautiful and I am very happy with it! I very highly recommend Noland's!

I really don't recommend this company whatsoever. broken promises and a lot of money stealing going on here. Worked for them for a while and was getting my money messed with the whole time. I got a client who had given me around 3 properties signed and roofs put on and I got no money from them. their was always an excuse as to why they could not pay me. other salesman there are very nice and respected but all the staff managers etc are very rude besides a few, a lot of elder people Who think higher of themselves than they really are if you get what I mean by that. Learned a lot about roofing though was a stepping stone in my life and got some good experience out of it and no money that's about it! I hope future employees of the company read this and take it into consideration, this job is truly to good to be true. Start your own Business and work for yourself. Don't make people like this money and waste your own time.

AWFUL!, Terrible! use anyone else. They put the wrong color roof on the house, absolutely awful color. Now have to live with a bright orange roof for 20 years. They filed a second claim on home owners insurance and told me after the fact. Then kept sending an additional bill. no communication, NONE. When i told them i was not paying them another dime, they reported that nothing in the file shows the wrong color roof was placed. I said fine, I'm going to go on and leave a review on every site i can get on, Veronica refused to take payment by phone because I was threatening her, I was threatening her????? telling you i am going to leave a terrible review was a promise not a threat. They sent a painter who promised to do a job that came out half assed. If i could do a 0 star review I would. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY!!!!!

Highly recommend this company and every one I have dealt with during my re-roofing. They are honest, responsive, punctual, efficient and do outstanding work. They gave me all the details of the schedule in advance and stuck to it exactly as they said. Special thanks to Matthew Householder. Without his guidance every step of the way I would not have my new roof. I also want to thank Nehemiah Coward, project manager, who made sure I was happy with the results. He informed me and pointed out every detail of the project before leaving his card in case I ever have concerns.
