In order to hire Thomas, he would have to show up for the appointment time the company set. He didn't show up and when I called to ask if he was coming, he claimed that he tried to call me several times and that my voice mail was full. Not true. I had no missed calls and I checked my voice mail and it wasn't full. So I called him anyway and asked if he planned on still coming. He said that his other appoint near me had been canceled so he wanted to reschedule mine. He tried to reschedule for the next day and that wasn't going to work for me. I had already wasted 3 hours of my morning in driving time and waiting for him. He then said that he would drop everything and drive the 40 minutes to get to my house. I texted him as soon as we hung up and told him to not bother coming because I had other bids from roofing companies who are professional and with integrity. Thomas has the audacity to leave me a VM, chewing me out for not telling him to come when we were on the phone. Terrible customer service and needs to learn how to apologize when he makes a mistake. Humility goes a long way in promoting good relations. So, in a not shell, based on this initial experience, I would never use this company. Can't really comment on quality of work but reliability is a huge part of it.

Rude, Unprofessional.
They fixed our roof and it continued to leak . We called to get it re-fixed after just being fixed and they refused to re-fix the leak they were supposed to fix originally! They continued to refuse our call for service but insisted we pay for the broken roof that was supposed to be repaired, but don't want to properly fix it. This company is perfect if you want a leak stopped for 10 hours! Just don't expect them to fix the leak you originally asked them to, they never fix what you pay for then want the payments (:
I mean, unless you have money to just throw away this is perfect. Might as well donate your money to a organization that will actually benefit from your hard worked money, instead of giving it to people that don't like to work ((:

Thomas came out to help me with a leak in my roof. He helped me fix it right away. Great Local OB company, Great guy pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend him. Out of 20 places I called for roof fixes he responded the fastest. Very honest and trustworthy.

I had nolanco roofing put a new roof on my del mar house and I have to say that these guys are great. Right on the price and they were timely and very professional . I am in the construction business and know a little about the process and I was pleasantly surprise. Jeremiah is the owner and he was very much hands on, but my favorite guy is Tom , not always timely but he has a heart as large as my house. He is always a little behind the clock but I soon realized he is that way because he is going the extra mile for his last client. What a team they all are!!! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Bob Fillion This company not only did a great job initially but were excellent when I sold our home and a senseless home inspector called for silly repairs only benefiting himself. Tom came out and re inspected and wrote a report that supported a clean bill of roof health. Helped me out a lot. Did I mention this happened more than 3 years after they installed our original roof. Couldn't be happier with the service Nolanco Roofing provided. Our detached garage roof needed to be replaced and Tom came over to give us a timely and accurate estimate. The owner, Jeremiah, took it from there. The price we were given at the beginning, was the one we paid at the end. No surprises there. The price was also very affordable. I reviewed and received estimates from 4 companies in San Diego, all of which I found here on Yelp with 4.5 stars or above. Nolanco won the job! As for scheduling, they were able to get our roof work started within a week because of the small nature of our job and finished in less than 3 full days. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to work with. We'll be using them again for the main house when it's ready to be replaced!

This is truly a 5-star company. I'll start by saying I have had a CA general contractors license since 2000; and have worked with a lot of roofing contractors over the years. This company rates with the best of them. Tom showed up at the site to bid it as agreed; had the proposal out to me when agreed; did the tear off and reroofing as agreed. Jeremiah (Owner); you run a very smooth operation and I will call you first, the next time I need a roofing job. Your service is excellent; your communications were excellent; your pricing fair; and work impeccable. Without even suggesting it; you added 6 roofing vents where there were none before; without charging me any more for the job. Nice tip....
