After getting several estimates on a new roof I decided on a company that sounded most competent. Jeremiah and his crew came out put on a new roof on my 90 year old craftsman, after the storms the last couple weeks, my sturdy little house should last 90 more. I truely feel confident I picked the right company. I have had zero problems with my new roof, it's attractive and quality built. Great company, great service and great work. Can't beat that! How about some praise for a company that says what they are going to do and then over-delivers! I needed a roof repair, their guy was here, assessed the situation, quoted me a price and had a crew her within the week. Of course by the time I noticed damage, much more damage had occurred to the trusses, etc. Took care of all the things and I am the proud owner of a much improved roofing solution.

Tom was quick to respond and come out to check on the leak and was knowledgeable on how to repair the leak; however, when it came down to repairing the leak. A $1500 repair job was too small for consideration. He gave the excuse that he was booked up for the next 3 months. Even when asked to schedule an appointment 3 months away, he refused to commit to the repair claiming that he had other properties to work on.

I needed a new roof on my rental home in San Diego, I got 3 or 4 estimates which one was from Nolanco which I found here on yelp. They had several great reviews so I decided to go with them! That was the best decision I made! Working with Jeremiah and Tom was a very positive experience for me, it is always hard having work done when you live out of the area. Tom came out to do the estimate he took pictures of my old roof to show me what he was talking about since I could not see the roof, then they sent me more pictures during the job to show exactly what needed to be done and more pictures of the completed project. This by far was the easiest project for me, I didn't need to be running down to San Diego to check on the job. The renters where never disturbed and the job was completed in the time frame they had quoted. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any of my neighbors. At one of my clients house the roof was leaking like crazy. I wanted to help him out, since he had a lot of stuff going on in his life. I contacted a company that specializes in roofing. In about three days two gentleman arrived to take a look at what was going on with the roof. It turns out that a big log had fallen on it because of the storm that recently passed. They said they were take care of everything and I should not worry at all. I am happy about the way that thing turned out the roof was completely fixed. And looked brand new. I am glad that I came across a service like this.

Jeremiah and his crew did a top-notch job for us recently. This was a smaller project consisting of a back cottage and a garage. I really liked the fact that Jeremiah was on site working and overseeing the demo of the old roof and the laying on of the new. He's obviously an expert in his field and I was very happy with the quality of the job done. One thing to be aware of when budgeting a roof project is the extent of wood damage and replacement cost for new lumber. The price quoted for my job was $3200 however after the wood replacement there was an additional cost of $800. All this is spelled out up front with their rate sheet for cost of lumber and in no way do I fault Norlanco .... we just didn't know there was more damage than originally suspected. I should also mention that Jeremiah threw in some facia board replacements on the garage for no additional cost which was very nice! If you pay for your job with something other than a credit card, a check for instance, you'll receive a small discount. All in all this job was done on budget, on time, and with a high quality of workmanship. I would definitely hire these guys again!

Jeremiah responded about a small roof modification that needed to be done. After calling 4 different roofing companies who flat out turned down the job as 'too small' for their time, Jeremiah came out, gave me a fair estimate that was 10% under a competetive bid, and accomplished the work exactly on the day he said he would. On time, on budget and honest labor. You can't ask for more from a contractor. I educated myself on the material I wanted, and Jeremiah did exactly what I asked. Highest possible praise for this company.
