This gentleman is very disrespectful and unprofessional. My husband and I called for an estimate and upon answering the phone his response was ""what do you want"" due to bad phone reception which he couldn't hear us. From our first impression experience we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

John Noble came over to look at our roof. He said there wasn't enough damage in his opinion to have an insurance adjuster look at. It would be 50/50 if they would replace the roof, and not worth having a claim on our insurance record. He recommended just fixing the small issues with the roof. He repaired the roof the same day and for a very fair price. We appreciated him being honest with us and doing a good job.

John Noble of Noble Roofing just redid our roof from hail damage and did a great job. His crew was super professional and even used the magnet thingie to pick up nails after it was completed.

Worst part? My wife couldn't make up her mind on which color but John's recommendation of the class 4 Hail Proof is what we decided on. The color we picked also suits the home nicely. Even a neighbor asked why our house was so much better looking LOL

I had a terrible experience with John Noble and his workers. Caught them drinking beer on the jobsite prior to starting work in the morning, tearing new shingles with hoses and by walking on them constantly, using staples and not nails when assured they used nails. It got worse. Discovered large areas in peak corners where new decking was not completed. Decking was not installed with correct nails and was not secured, decking clips not used so they flexed at joints, staples, although an acceptable method were not installed parallel to shingle line, prone to easy tearout. Noticed one morning no felt paper on jobsite yet large area roofed by afternoon. Discovered no felt used and shingles installed directly on wood decking. When asked about the defects I found, he quit working and placed a lien on my house. Had to hire a roofing consultant and lawyer and after about 12 months and the cost of a roof I got the lien removed and hired another roofer to re-do the job. John has a documented criminal / drug hsitory. I would not want to park next to him in a parking lot, much less allow him on my property.

He is not a drunk any more, has not had a drink in 3 years, takes a lot of care with his product and service now and has many positive references, people do change and he has, everyone deserves another chance and John does too!

I have watched what he does now and he is totally into making his business good, like a lot of people that stop the drink, got right with God and now works too hard.
