Crew is working in our complex, blasting their radio. Disrespectful to people who live here and work nights.

My house was overdue for a new roof and I had a lot of problems with water leaks due to the roof design and a large tree that dumped pine needles blocking the drainage. Rick came up with problem solving techniques and went the extra mile to make sure I wouldn't have future problems. He replace the roof with 30 year composition shingle and the garage roof with TPO. I am writing this review 3 1/2 years later, I couldn't be happier. Just recently I had some work done inside my home and the contractor got on my garage to check on something and was surprised to see commercial grade TPO. I had to wait my turn as they were busy, but it was well worth it!

I am so pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Rick and his team. Most projects have huddles and Rick's team took them in strides and finished the job on time and on budget. Thank you for the beautiful new roof and gutter system.

One of Rick's teams performed a re-roof for the previous owners of my home approximately 10 years ago. He has come out twice, in the past 5 years since I've owned the home, to perform routine maintenance and to repair some water damage found during a pest inspection.
Most recently, the crew listened to my concerns and came up with a custom solution to help prevent water damage in that area in the future. I felt satisfied with their work and grateful Rick came back to inspect the work and make sure I felt happy with the outcome. Thank you!

I have a shake roof and my insurance company was not going to renew my policy. Noble Brown Roofing was willing to do a roof restoration giving my roof another 5 years. Few roofers even do restorations. I couldn't be happier with the job and Chris took great care of my business. They told me how long it would take and they were spot on and spotless. And I have a new insurance company.

Make sure you have a lawyer on retainer. These guys asked me for 10K down on a 21K job. California law states that you cannot ask for more than 10% or $500, whichever is more. Take your money to a more reputable company.

In the first part of October I got a quote from them I revived a call from them October 24 and was told that they would have a crew at my home on October 30 to put up my gutters, On October 30 no one showed up and I didn't get a call from them, I finally called the and got put off. Every time I contacted them I got put off.
I fanally gave up and had another company do the job on January 13.

Rick & his team, are awesome! Especially Peggy in the office! Theses folks took great care of me. I would highly recommend them to everyone out there. Fast, courteous, honest and knowledgeable! A-1 Service! need I say more?

After the contract was signed, they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to do the work. They didn't even answer the phone. The next Monday, they answered their phones, said someone would call me right back, and we haven't heard anything since. I can't wait to give my money to their competition!

If I could give zero stars I would since they didn't even do any work. Took two phone calls just to get an appointment set up an estimate for new gutters. Rick set up appointment for four days later then never bothered to show nor call. I left a message that went unanswered. Since we had used them in the past on another home I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt. ( maybe emergency) called the office on Monday and got an apology and was told he would get back with me. NOTHING. If this is the way someone runs a business I will look elsewhere. So much for customer service
