We had a good experience with Noah's. It happened that there was a issue which we would never have know about except that the representative realized it and told us! A vendor they rely on had made a mistake. We would never have known. Big points for that. They handled the whole thing really well, giving us power over how we wanted the situation handled. The roof looks and is great, and we've been fielding many compliments.

Awesome experience.

We had Noah's replace our roof (which was leaking) and install a skylight over a bathroom we're working on. Given the timing of our bathroom project we didn't get bids until right before the rainy season.

From the bids we received, Noah's was very competitive. Steve, the owner, didn't think we needed to replace the entire roof, but we wanted to for our piece of mind. Steve was able to get our job in right before it started to rain. The roof was finished before we knew where the skylight was going to go in our bathroom. They were great with us, coordinating with us on when to come back out for the skylight, working with us on venting for the bathroom that we didn't think about prior to the installation of the roof, and working with us through some hiccups with our skylight (hiccups not on Noah's end).

In short, great experience. If we had another house that needed another roof, we would definitely work with Noah's again.

It was a pleasure hiring Noah's to re-roof our home. Steve and his crew are all experienced, honest and hard-working. Joyce, in the front office, was friendly and helpful throughout the project. Noah's pricing for materials and labor was competitive, and without any surprises. My wife and I did have questions and concerns along the way, which Steve and crew addressed in a friendly and straight-forward manner. We initially looked at over a dozen roofing companies and picked Noah's after a thorough review of the top three. We love to support local family-owned businesses and highly recommend Noah's.

I'd love to provide a review, but after one full week, I have not received a bid from the estimator as promised. I needed a new roof, and I was open to what type to apply, however, in all honesty, I was never given a chance to discuss all the options and applications at length. Not only did the estimator show up early, without any options, but he was also here five minutes and he left in a complete hurry. He must have had another appointment to attend. Some people have greener money after all. Smile!
""I'll check on our satellite,"" he said. ""I'll get you an estimate,"" he said. ""I don't really need to look at the roof,"" he said. One week later, nothing!
The satellite part was cool, I love technology. I have a college degree, but I didn't need it to determine I was being talked down to. Public relations is a HUGE part of any business. I'm done with Noah's unfortunately. I'm the supportive kind of guy, but let's humanize the process. Customer's talk to each other Noah's.

I understand the company has had some issues, but your frontman needs a little hands-on TLC and training.

While I am done with Noah's, you might give them a chance. From what I read, the workers do an excellent job. It's just that the company needs a little tune-up. Good luck Noah's, I'm done here. Thanks for nothing.

This company is a joke they leave garbage all over the place and worst of all they don;t care about the customer they tare a roof and leave a mess and then after that they take the lock off of my mom gate and never return and had to go out buy a new one so thank you Noah Roofing for what you did to my mom house

Steve was so personable, friendly, and explained everything very clearly. And the roofers did a great job installing, cleaning up and making sure I was satisfied with the work. I felt like I was in very good hands. Would recommend!
